Thank you World Food. Cleared up the mystery on my missing order. I would give you 5 stars but you use evri as a courier. Ordered item 03 Oct. Amazon notified me that it was dispatched 04 Oct and to be delivered by 8pm on 06 Oct. Evri was the courier - Tracking number T0436A1225160717. They say it is still with the vendor. ????? Vendor (world food) says it is delayed in the courier depot. Evri now won't deliver until 09 October??? I am now told it won't be delivered until 09 October. This is a food item, evri. Don't you care?

Very reliable and the stuffs the same as described. The packing for delivery is safe and not any delay. Very recommend 👌

I placed an order on 22nd August and even after a phone call to yourselves. I still do not have by order.

Was very pleased with the products expiry time, plenty of time before the "use by" date. My only gripe and why it's 4* rather than 5* was, I paid for express delivery on Monday morning at about 11.00am, product arrived via Amazon???? on the Friday afternoon. It should have been here no later than Wednesday according to their website.

Package didn’t arrive as damaged in transit by 3rd party delivery company . Then unable to offer a replacement delivery in time

I ordered gomme because it was the best price. Package arrived damaged with 2 bottles broken. Emailed company and they are giving me a refund. Excellent customer service.

Great choice of products

I was after a few harder to get items and was delighted to find this store. Order placed, tracking number received, all good.

Then I received a text message saying "a problem occurred during shipping" and that the order had been cancelled. No further contact or details forthcoming, which is disappointing.

I sincerely hope my refund will be made in a timely manner.

Such high hopes, and sadly do not recommend at all

I placed an order for the first time and received a confirmation email with a tracking number and was told 2-4 days until the parcel arrived. However when I try to track the parcel on the carrier website it tells me I have an incorrect or invalid tracking number so now I am unsure if I am going to receive my parcel. Please advise! Thank you
