Very good service and very happy with the delivery

Very good service with a quick delivery. A happy customer.

I broke the tip of an old much loved Shimano spinning rod. I tried contacting Shimano, who pushed me towards my local stockist, World Of Water, Watford.

There Laurence took over and owned my enquiry and over the next few weeks he kept me informed by phone and email as to where he was in his enquiries with Shimano on my behalf.

Unfortunately a replacement tip could not be found, but not through lack of trying by Laurence and his contacts.

Have ordered from WWW on several occasions. Goods (pond liner and underlay) have always arrived promptly, properly invoiced and well packaged. Plus WWW seems to be decent value for money compared to some other pond liner sellers.

Order was delayed because ordered colour was sold out, had to ring before I was told and was happy to accept a different colour. Otherwise service was good. Items arrived very well packed and in perfect condition

Cannot fault the WoW staff for effort, attention and customer focus, however they were let down by what appears to be sub standard manufacturing and poor delivery care by others. I hope I've managed to find the same product elsewhere but will be inspecting it closely before I buy.

The reply was generic and did nothing to resolve the issue. I certainly will be very careful if I ever purchase fish from Wilmslow branch of World Of Water.

I had previously looked at the website and decided what I thought I needed. I phoned up to confirm and discuss my needs. I placed my order over the phone. I had no idea what the delivery times were so I had ordered weeks before I was ready to install the the liner. I was quoted as up to five days for delivery. This was not a problem. As it happened my order, safely packaged, arrived two days later.
The underlay is very good quality. So much so that it was difficult to cut with scissors. That was reassuring. The Firestone liner was heavy but appeared to be very strong. It is not the easiest thing to manoeuvre into a hole and arrange but it that is because it is thick and strong.
Time will tell how strong my construction will be but I am confident that I could not have bought better products. This was a good company to do business with.

They were efficient and courteous. The goods were is stock and arrived in time.
We are very happy with the quality and the service received.

The online shop is always a pleasure with easy to follow web pages and excellent checkout. Dispatch is on time with a speedy delivery what ever time of the year.

Plants and Fish have always arrived in perfect condition and all rapidly delivered, I will continue to use the Company when I need more items.

Always reliable for quality of products, great selection of pond products that we simply can't buy locally. Good delivery, well packaged, well labelled so that you can unpack and place immediately where you want them. I don't actually buy anything for the pond or pond related from anywhere else now.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that my order was not in stock at the time of ordering but this was quickly rectified and I was kept fully informed.

I always order the same products which are easy to find on the website. Dispatch and delivery times are very fast and communication excellent.

No instructions to make the top surround either.
