World of wheelchairs are fantastic. A clip thing broke off my mum’s wheelchair and I was advised by another store to buy a new footrest. Not only did WOW call me to check that I had the correct order but they also told me I could just buy the clip and save (a lot) of money. They then reordered. What fantastic customer service!! I can not praise World of Wheelchairs highly enough.
After recovering from a routine surgery that went wrong, I was left housebound and in need of a wheelchair if I was to rejoin the outside world
I did a lot of research on line. I found WOW and called them for advise as this was a first time purchase for me and I had tons of questions. I spoke to a gentleman (Tom) who could not have been more helpful. I really felt that he wanted to make sure I had the right chair for me rather than just making a sale. After much toing and froing on the phone and online I purchased the Gravity Lite self propelled chair. I was really impressed with the quality of the build. It was very solid despite being very lightweight. The added bonus of removable wheels makes loading it into the car a lot easier. Delivery was fast too.
In summary, I would say that if you are looking for quality products and good old fashioned customer service, look no further than World of Wheelchairs. Most highly recommended.

Bought the G-Explorer, all terraine wheelchair. Price and service was good.delivery quite quick too. The chair is both taller and wider when folded, than I had realised. But the main wheels can detatch to give flexibility around this. The chair instruction book was in the bottom of the box, under the chair. I felt tye instructions lacked some detail regarding actual assembly. Search of YouTube came to the rescue again! Yer I recommend, it's a decent chair at a decent price, no doubt. But don't expect it to be too compact size wise. Check the dimensions for your own needs.
