Denise was very nice, helpful , and knowledgeable in helping me design three bathrooms that I absolutely Love! I went in with a vision and and even though I changed my mind a few times Denise searched until I was very excited to see it all come together . She knows her tile !

Rita helped me make my decision on my wood floor covering . It is beautiful and is just perfect ! She is so nice and also very knowledgeable on the many floor coverings and rugs .

I can't say enough about the owner and staff at Worldwide in Fairfield! Not only did the owner himself spend hours with my wife and I during our first visit educating and helping us choose tile and flooring for 2.5 bathrooms as well as kitchen back splash, accent walls etc. But when I came up short due to my mistakes in measurements they jumped all over it and got me what I needed asap! What more can you ask for! Would never shop anywhere else! Lifetime customer!!

We have been buying from Worldwide in Fairfield since 2012. Alex is a knowledgeable professional who patiently discusses the many options of flooring that they carry. Our first transaction was for hardwood in three bedrooms for our last house. When we moved in 2016, we purchased hardwood for two more bedrooms, engineered wood for our family room, and most recently installed a beautiful wood look plank porcelain tile in our kitchen. The installer was a perfectionist and did a tremendous job with the transition to the floor in the next room.

Delivery and installation has always been on schedule as promised. The recent kitchen project was ordered in mid-December and installed the day after Christmas as requested.

Worldwide has the largest selection of flooring that they display in a huge showroom which makes comparison between styles very easy. As I said, Worldwide is highly recommended.

My experience was really great. I got a terrific sale price on beautiful flooring. It looks like wood but is really tile. Chris was the salesman. The installers were a father/son team. I am 100% completely satisfied.

Our new carpet is perfect for our stairs and hallway. We received valuable guidance from our salesperson, and the carpet was carefully and expertly installed, with lots of attention to every detail.

We were so pleased that we plan to return to Worldwide Wholesale for our future floor needs.

The sales process went fine however the install process was completely unacceptable. My installer showed up late for the install, he was unprepared and was unprofessional. Then the subsequent, still unresolved, customer service experience is terrible as well... I have a hallway, about 150 so ft, that I had completely prepped for the wood to be installed. The old floor had already been pulled up and ready to go. It took him two days to complete a job that should have been completed in one. Partly because he kept stopping his work to answer his cell phone, which rang numerous times. When he told me he wouldn't be able to finish the first day, I asked what time he would be back the next morning and how long did he think it would take to complete the job. He said he'd arrive between 8-9am and it would only take about 2-2 1/2 hrs. But didn't arrive until after 11am, no phone call or explanation. Then he had to leave( he was gone for an hour and a half) to go get tools to finish the job. It ended up tying up my entire weekend at the house while they completed a job that should have only taken 6 hrs. I even had to ask him to sweep up the sawdust and excess wood pieces from my garage where he cut the wood. To make matters worse, when I called to express my dissatisfaction with the job, I was told that the only way to lodge a complaint was to submit my experience on the company website and someone from the corporate office would be contacting me within 48 hours... I did that on Monday. It is Weds evening and I have yet to hear from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone and the ONLY reason I rated my experience a 2 instead of a 1 is because the sales associate was professional. Everything after that was completely unacceptable to me.
