My salesperson was VERY nice, but she should have informed me that the padding (or should I say lack of) was extremely lame. I would have upgraded as you would never know there was padding even placed under the rug. VERY disappointed.

Was told to visit Worldwide after my parents carpeted their whole house with them. We placed an order with them to carpet our two bedrooms. After placing the order we realized the two closets where not in the order so we called to add them at an additional cost. Delivery day came and the drivers realized that the added closets were not in the truck. We decided to go ahead with the installation of the two rooms and then set a date to come back and do the closets. Turns out the initial order had enough carpet to cover the the closets so the installers went ahead and did them. When I went to cancel the second order and delivery I was told I would not be able to get a refund of my money. It wasnt my fault they didnt check the measurements and it wasnt my fault the additional carpet wasnt on the truck for delivery but Im the one that is being punished. With a bunch of competition out there, I will NEVER recommend Worldwide to family, friends, or neighbors. Blows my mind how they would rather cheat someone out of a few hundred buck compared to the potential number of new customers I could have sent to them.

I ordered the carpeting from Worldwide on October 26th. I was told the order would be in a couple of days, and we'll set up the installation.. The order did not come in until Nov. 9th.. I called a few times and left messages, most calls were not returned. The carpeting was not installed until Nov. 23rd.. Overall, I was disappointed in the sales people not returning my calls, but the installation was very professional, the installers Diego and his assistant did a great job. and the carpeting looks beautiful..

The purchase was easy; the scheduling was prompt; they came when they said they would. Maurice and his installation team did excellent work. Highly recommended.

Very please except them misplacing my door lock after they had to trim my door for the installation. The store was called and the 1st installer said he would get another one Saturday..My install was on Thursday..wrong answer..30 mins later another person comes and finds my lock and installs it..all was well in the end..

This is the third time we have had the WWFC team install carpeting in our house. Not only were the WWFC Team members TRUE Professionals, so was the Installation Crew. Curious and easy to do business with.
If you are looking for any type of floor coverings look no further than WWFC in Edison. You will not be disappointed.

I was notified early prior to their arrival, they were clean,formal and well experienced! German was a gentleman and well tuned at his craft... his assistant Alex was also fast and efficient! Although five star are being provided here... the lack of English language makes for a bit uncomfortable atmosphere. But there is no denying they no their stuff!

Sales staff was helpful. Front desk also very polite and helpful. Do your homework before you go. Lots of options and w/o some prior knowledge lt ls overwhelming. I left after the first visit with notes on the various products and spent several hours doing research. I also requested samples which I received. Without the samples I would definitely have purchased the wrong shade. We are happy with our purchase.

I can always rely on honesty, excellent service, selection, and price at Worldwide. That is so often not the case with many merchants. I recommend them highly.

I had to replace carpet in a condo that the floor needed to be corrected before the carpet could be laid. Don did a fabulis job and I am very happy with the results.

My sales person was fine. I did not however like having to pay in full for the entire job before they came to install. I had already paid 80% when the job was booked. I would think paying the remainder after the work was done to my satisfaction would have been more like it. The installers did not show until 10 am. Neither spoke much English and the and they did not acknowledge much of anything I was saying to them. This was a brand new condo, I had just closed the day before. They treated my bathroom like it was a porta John. They each took one room and both had different oud music blasting the entire time. The lead guy never put his phone down the entire time, at times yammering to some woman and what sounded like a baby. Its impossable to do a good job working like that. They left about 8, and there is hot melt glue in places all over the floor. Guess I will be looking at that for the next 20 years. Also, this was a multi shade floor and instead of laying it out for the best pattern it went down just as it came out of the box. No effort was made to make it look nice. This work should have been done over the course of 2 days not one very hot and incrediably long day.
I would not use Workdwide again or recommend them to anyone.

This was a very easy purchase. They had every option possible available in their display showroom and was very knowledgeable about their products. Excellent installation crew.

The employees that came to my home were excellent.

I had a great experience with Workdwide and immediately went online to leave a review. The next day I received a letter stating that I would receive a $25 product credit for my review.

When I called Worldwide, the person in charge of this was not in. They said that they would relay the message and that this person would contact me. It's been over a week and no update about my credit and no return call. The install was great, but the follow up customer service stinks.

We purchased a porcelain tile floor for our beach condo & were very happy with the customer service we received. Alex V. was very helpful in our selection process and Matt our installer did an excellent job. We would definitely purchase again and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality flooring products and professional service.
