Wormers-Direct offers a mixed experience. While some orders arrived promptly, others faced delays or went missing. Communication can be inconsistent—emails get responses, but phone support is lacking. Refunds are processed quickly, and staff like Sophie are helpful when items are urgently needed. Overall, it’s a decent service, but improvement on reliability is needed. ***

Very disappointed

Very disappointed after receiving Boswellia powder from them on subscription for years to realise I hadn’t received an email this month to say it was being sent out. Just found out they went into administration on November despite receiving my subscription in December as normal and no warning!

Appalling customer service

Ordered on the 20th of December. Over a month later, no dispatch email. Can't get through on the phone. No replies to emails or social media. I had to claim my money back through my bank. Will never use this company again.

Ordered a lot from these back in Dec…

Ordered a lot from these back in Dec 2024 108 cat litter trays and only to receive 33 of those, we are a small cat rescue charity and we can ill afford to lose over £700, conveniently their website has been down for maintenance, their eBay shop has disappeared and they are not answering phone calls or emails. They will be reported to the right authorities, here's hoping we get some of our money back.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service - ordered my product on 12/12 they said they would contact me when it was in. I emailed a month later to get a very tart response advising they will let me know when it’s in ( it’s just oil!) and that I can’t have a refund.
3 emails later, nothing, can’t get anything on socials. Found a number 07398 806627 left a message. Furious. Clearly will never touch them again, if they have not gone into administration!

What is going on?!

Placed an order 22nd Dec, wasn't expecting to receive til after new year but still nothing. No response to emails. Order Still Not Received after 3 Weeks

I ordered a horse exercise sheet on 20th December 2024 & to date (16th January) I have still not received this despite trying to contact Wormers Direct. There website has been down for maintenance for the past 20 days, they have not responded to my emails & there telephone answer machine has been full for weeks so you cannot leave a message & nobody answers the phone. Very disappointed in this company after reading some previous positive reviews, I have now had to request a chargeback through Mastercard to hopefully get my money returned.

SILENCE FROM WORMERS DIRECT

I would prefer to give Wormers Direct ZERO stars. Has this company gone into administration? I ordered a gift for my granddaughter before Christmas. My order was acknowledged - since when I have heard nothing. Their phone line is FULL and not taking any more messages. Their website is DOWN for "maintenance". YOU OWE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COME CLEAN. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR ORDERS AND OUR MONEY.

Took my money but never sent goods. AVOID

Placed an order for my autumn worming. A week later, no wormer, no email, no phone call. When I phoned to see where my order was, nobody picks up the phone and a recorded message says nobody is available to talk, and to email instead.

I do apologise for missing your calls this morning. Wormers-Direct is a small company with only myself here to complete all daily tasks. At the time of you calling, I was away from my desk completing other tasks and packing orders. I have since tried to call you back, but I am unable to reach you.

I emailed you regarding your order last week, after you placed your order, but I have had no reply.

I can assure you that your statement regarding us being in trouble is far from the truth, and such accusations are incredibly damaging for a small company like ourselves.

Experience with wormers

Even though I hadn’t had my
Order after nearly 2 weeks and I emailed them and they got back to me and apologised they said that the order had got lost in transit and there supplier had no longer got what I wanted they offered me something similar but I had already purchased another bag of dog food so I asked for my money back and they refunded me quickly.

Unfortunately after 8 days our order had not been dispatched and we had run out of dog food. I had to order from another company who offered next day delivery
