I purchased a rhingold horse rug.
I purchased a rhingold horse rug, firstly it arrived with 2 x faulty clips. They replaced them. To my frustration one of the new clips was also faulty and became stuck in the hay net which ripped the complete section that was stitched on to the rug to fasten it completely off!! As the rug was only worn twice and 1 week old from purchase, I complained and asked for a replacement or refund. Non of which has happened and they are taking no responsibility. I have never had a problem with any other rugs. This is very poor quality and customer service is poor, very unhappy customer
