The whole process was smooth and easy, only the delivery was less quick than expected

Very disappointing experience at the Playa Blanca Worten store. AVOID -EURONICS IS FAR MORE SUPERIOR.

I purchased two pairs of headphones. One pair was in stock, but the second had to be ordered. After making several trips back to the store, the correct product with the protective case still hadn't arrived, despite being told it would.

On my latest visit (17/06/2026), I explained the inconvenience and simply asked whether the store could offer a goodwill gesture by allowing me to exchange for a different pair that was only €10 more expensive. The request was refused.

What disappointed me most was the level of customer service. I felt the store manager came across as dismissive, uninterested in resolving the issue, and, in my view, appeared to be smirking during our conversation. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience caused by my repeated visits, there was no attempt to find a practical solution or demonstrate any appreciation for a loyal customer.

I chose this store because I have a business nearby, I live locally, and it was recommended to me by my friend, MrTravelOn, who is a huge influencer on social media. I wanted to support a local retailer, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what I expected.

The main issues were:
• Repeated trips to the store because the ordered item was unavailable.
• No proactive communication or resolution.
• No goodwill gesture despite the inconvenience.
• Poor customer service from management.
• An overall attitude that left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Sadly, based on this experience, I won't be shopping at the Playa Blanca Worten store again. I hope management reviews the standard of customer service at this branch because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. AVOID !!!

Great service, fast delivery. Product is amazing!

I bought a dishwasher from them 6 months ago. It has never worked. Starts to wash but then stops after 20-30 minutes. The communication technology this company uses is second to none. They don't answer or answer with a slur. They have sent me a repairman twice, who only turned on the machine but didn't have time to watch it wash and experienced that it doesn't finish working and stops in the middle of the job, full of water. The repairman must have informed Worten that the machine was fine despite having spent just a few minutes examining it and not taking the time to observe when the failure became apparent, which is when the machine had been working for a considerable time. The second time, the repairman checked the connections, but I pointed out to him that this was clearly a failure in the device's control unit, the computer that controls how the machine works. He clearly had no knowledge of that technology.

I ordered a washing machine on 29 March 2026, and they confirmed the delivery for 1st April 2026. They called me the day after ordering to reconfirm the delivery and installation. Delivery number 49644687.

On the 1st April I waited all day for the delivery, and it never came. I called Worten 3 times, at 4pm, at 6pm and last at 8pm. In all three calls they told me there were no incidences and that I would receive it as scheduled. I never got it, and 5 days later I had no news from them. So I called today and asked for a refund, which they accepted.

The overall experience was very poor as 1) they did not deliver a promised despite I was waiting for it and called a few times and 2) they never got in touch with me to let me know about the fact they would not deliver it. A waste of time and energy.

Some of the internet orders take ages not sure why they take so long. Others next few days.The price promise does work though. Waited months for tv.

Fast. Smooth. Professional. And the staff at the Worten La Marea store in Arguineguin are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent dispatch and delivery, also may I say excellent courier!

Ordered a 98 inch TV and got delivered in the promised timeframe. Free shipping and the delivery guys brought it and unpacked it in my home. Apple pay was a nice touch and very easy to pay. Will deffo buy again.

Although we had a language barrier the sales assistant was very patient with us.

It's taken me three months to get a refund. In the end, I had to file a complaint to be able to return a product, as the law states.

Don’t buy from Worten if you want your electrical appliances properly installed. The service people broke the water pipe and left washing machine in the middle of the kitchen and left. They suggested me to go to buy a broken peace and promised to come back after 1 week to change it.

I paid for delivery within 24 hours and it has been 48 hours and still no delivery and nobody has been in touch with me.

They send me to track on ctt website and you can not get information from them either because the tracking number appears as invalid. Horrible. No way to talk to anyone at worten. No way to talk to anyone at ctt.

Cuando paso a seguir con ctt, no hay manera de preguntarles a ellos nada porque el número de seguimiento aparece inválido. Todo muy mal. Ninguna manera de hablar con alguien en shorten y ninguna manera de hablar con nadie en ctt.

You just answered that you delivered the products. I did not receive the television and dishwasher! Please help me. And no I am really stressed because all of these problems with Worten delivery. I paid a lot of money.
