Originally I received the wrong colour woshes but after reaching out through email woshlife sent over my order of correct woshes. They were very kind and apologized for the mistake. I was not cahrged for the second package of woshes.

He was sent quickly and packaged well

It took awhile to get my baby wosh and Woshette.. Everytime I tried to track them it stated that they hadn't shipped yet which had me concerned. I did reach out 2x and was told their computer systems were down and they were coming directly from overseas.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt bcuz with covid and now the war stuff.. I'm sure things are coming much slower. The day after second conversation.. They arrived!! They are so adorable.. I haven't named them yet but I will.

I love my Wosh, but they are severely overpriced and take forever to ship.

why are these weird little guys so amazing? I can't answer that question, some questions don't need answers anyway. Sometimes you just except the facts as they are. The fact is, this little guy is amazing. He makes me smile every time I see him.

It took quite a long time for them to get here, but it was so worth the wait. I love them so much and they are both soft. Nice cuddle size too, good quality.

The wosh I got was good value for money and it arrived quickly.

Wosh is cute, but the delivery took 39 days. Crazy. Surprised they emailed me asking to review, I wouldn’t have emailed me after that delivery time.

They also emailed me a Black Friday discount, I purchased, then they lowered the price the next day, during the same Black Friday sale, which cost me a couple of extra quid. I emailed and nobody replied.

If you reply to a review (that you asked me for) and it’s negative - have the decency to apologise in it. Even if you don't mean it, say sorry. And you blame Covid for the 39 day delivery wait? I’ve ordered stuff online for nearly 2 years of a pandemic and NOTHING took anywhere near this long. What an awful reply.

My daughter is delighted with the product, but having ordered it on 20th November, it didn't arrive until after Christmas so defeating the object of buying it! They need to sort out their distribution.

I love the wosh but on this occasion I had to wait well over a month for it to arrive and it was supposed to be a Xmas present. The delivery page stated they are dispatched from uk, but my tracking once purchased showed china. I was then told it wouldn’t reach me for Xmas and had apologies once I pointed out the delivery times stated 3-5 days. I was offered a 30% discount on my purchase which I agreed to but it was never received!
