No shipping notice, no tracking number and no delivery
This website is a complete scam. I ordered a product weeks ago. I got no shipping update, no tracking number and no delivery. I contacted their support on WhatsApp and could tell from their replies that they are using translation software and AI as the replies are just stock rubbish. They talk a lot but nothing happens. Judging from the other reviews and my own experience, I don’t think they even have product for sale.
Save your money and buy from a legitimate company instead. This place is clearly a scam operation. I lost no money as I paid with PayPal and got full refund. PayPal didn’t even question my refund which makes me believe that they know all about this scam operation.

Im having a horrendous time!
Im having a horrendous time with Wowcher... (order number 51332072) ive sent multiple emails and messages to their WhatsApp to try and help as I bought some garden furniture which cost £799. I paid the deposit of £199.75, then the balance owed through the Wowcher website on my PayPal credit account. The first payment for £599.25 (which was the balance left to pay)said unsuccessful, so I clicked to pay again, not wanting to lose the deal.... now Wowcher are saying yes all paid with a grand total of £1438.24 for my furniture! This is not what my order says, or what i was meant to pay... my order says £799! I've sent all the proof they need, they can see I've made 2 x payments by accident and just decided that's correct. It's not correct, ive paid £599.25 twice ( and only because its hard to navigate their website, so it was by accident- and they won't give me a refund for the extra payment! Their emails dont even make sense, and there is no one to speak to about it. It's there in black and white on my account.... I want to cancel my order now, and im not even confident about what money if any they will return... its disgusting, I dont have much money which is why the deal appealed so much, and all ive done is get upset, and worry!! Can anyone help or offer advise please?

Printing the voucher is such a painful experience.
I was able to make my purchase without issue. The only problem is that you cannot view or print your voucher from Chrome Browser on the Desktop computer. The button to view voucher is not available. I have to go to the mobile version of Wowcher, view the voucher there, download it and send it to myself on email, then print it from my desktop computer. It would be soooo much easier if I could just view and print from the desktop version!!

Avoid at all costs
Unbelievably difficult to redeem the voucher bought with no help from
Wowcher so when I requested a refund they said I’d receive it in five working days, that was three weeks ago and still no refund received. I’ve been speaking with their customer service numerous times but they just wipe their hands of it. Pure scammers.

Bought an item from wowcher. They wouldn't give me the money back just a credit which I used to buy the same item again and added extra money. Nothing was sent so this is a total scam. Just took my money and wouldn't refund it. Robbed I was.
