Internet was fine, the problem is with equipment returns. I returned their router in the box provided and I have proof of the delivery via FedEx, they also have the proof. I have been calling and emailing them for months. They refuse to take the 225.00 off my bill for their errors/incompetence!

WOW purchased my previous internet provider and immediately did the following: Turned off my service without notice or warning and demanded almost 4x the previous monthly bill to turn it on again. This was 10 days after the 'official switchover date' I later learned. I never used the WOW service. I could never get past their "Welcome" screen on my devices.
After hours on the phone, I did not agree to their extortion. So they added the cost of the 8 year old cable modem (previous company's) to the bill.

So I went from a happy customer of 6 years with auto bill pay setup ($54) with the previous company to allegedly owing the new company $380, all within 14 days. I returned their modem and got a $200 credit. Now I have to fight their patently false collection attempts with over 15 hours invested. What a nightmare.... and I never used the new company's service because they turned it off. Wish I could leave a 0 star review. WOW, can a company be any worse?

Service goes up and down. When you call the service line or do a chat, it ends up in an Asian call center somewhere, and the agent knows nothing. Terrible reliability. My internet has been down for a week. Techs come out to the house, and can't fix the problem. They say it is in the network, and they will report it, but it never gets fixed.

I WOULD LIKE TOO COMMEND A REPRENTATIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME STRAIGHTEN OUT MY ACCOUNT THIS PAST WEEK. I BELIEVE IT WAS DAVID; HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS, AND EXHIBITED A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE IN HIS JOB, AS WELL AS BEING VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS.
