One of the most dishonest sellers ever
One of the most dishonest sellers ever. I ordered earphones from it, had a tracking link saying that the product wasn't sent, for days. I contacted him, he told me that it was sent, gave a location (that was clearly fake according to what happened next), and 3 days after my first message, he said I would receive it 2-5 days after. 5 days after, I didn't have anything, and the seller told me I'd receive it 1-3 days after. It was 3 days of course. It totally took 2 weeks. I received the package, and after testing, and comparing to real products, it was clear it was a fake, and not a good one (impossible to keep in ears, sound much worse than every 6$ earphones I had). The seller of course pretended that it was a real product, but accepted that I send it back. At that time, I left a negative comment on the platform. From this moment, he kept asking me again and again to delete the comment (which is totally unacceptable, he deserved it), totally 3 times to me, despite my clear refusals, and once to the platform. He somehow said (unclearly) that he would reimburse me everything including what I paid to send the package. From this time he just kept ignoring my messages, until he received the package. Then he closed the order, making it impossible for me to contact him anymore, and just gave a last "Remove the negative comments", and didn't pay me back the sending fees. I contacted the platform, they asked him to pay it. From this moment, the lies became even bigger. He answered to them that I damaged the wrapping, even though I made sure it would be EXACTLY like received (I knew what was the risk if I didn't...), then accused me of buying "maliciously", then asked them if I could remove the comments once again, accused me of damaging not only the wrapping but the package too, asking that I pay him back....
Conclusion : I ordered many things in my life. Buyonme is by far the worst seller I ever had. He's a liar and a thief.
