WowowToys Reviews

Next day delivery, arrived in good condition, very good communication from the company.
Grandson wanted a blue trumpet for Christmas, he will get one plus lots more instruments in a nice big box.

Super fast transaction, confirmation and delivery. Fantastic service despite it being so close to Christmas and you have to expect delays or issues etc, however toys arrived the next day! Happy with all the items for a fantastic price! And May I also add this is the first time I have received a email from a seller to say thank you for my first purchase and reassurance in case issues occur. It was a very friendly and reassuring email. This service can be faulted. Fantastic

Absolutely perfect transactions. Cheaper than Amazon, immediate email order confirmation late evening when I placed order, next day got email that had shipped with tracking link and arrived the next. Beautifully packed. Exactly as hoped. Triple AAA+++. Highly recommend. Thank you!

IT NEVER SHOWED UP DESPITE BEING TOLD IT WAS DELIVERED. WASTE OF MONEY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE my order never turned up then I was delivered a huge green bike instead of what I had ordered took them ages to sort out it being collected, they then gave me a voucher to say sorry but the items I ordered never came, eventually when my original order showed up it was as pictures on the website it was a miniature version and when I asked to return they refuse to refund the delivery and wanted to charge me another £10 for them to collect it.

Everything was easy to order and straightforward

Although I haven't received the toy yet, the ordering and acknowledgement have been superb. I look forward to getting the sticky stick toy for my granddaughter for Christmas.

Fantastic customer service. Product box was damaged in shipping, when we let them know and sent a photo they replaced the product in no time at all. Georgia was brilliant, her bosses owe her a raise.

Ordered a ride on tractor for my son’s birthday. Opened the night before to build and charge ready to open in the morning and all the fixings and axle bolts missing from box!! So can’t give my sons his present on his birthday!!

This was my second order for another Babyboo Cutie Doll. My granddaughter loved the first one fromWowwow Toys so we decided to order another one. Good value and excellent delivery timeframe. I wish I had ordered two the first time round to save on the postage rate. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent sellers. Great customer services, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to receive my products. I will definitely shop with them again and would 100% recommend others do to. Thank you wow wow toys!

Wow what a great company.only ordered it yesterday and it arrived this morning.loved the toys too.

First class! Arrived the next day, lovely quality toys, excellent company.

What an amazing company! Only ordered my item less than 24 hours ago, and it’s arrived! Even though it said 3 days for delivery. The item is better quality than I expected. Also the best price I’ve seen!!

Buying from WowowToys was very easy and a pleasant experience. Communication has been excellent and if my purchase is half as good as this when it arrives then I’ll definitely be buying from them again.
