The solicitors provided, do have an excellent platform to upload documents and a tracking system of my application process.

We are first time buyers and were utterly clueless. After checking on the comparison site, Home Legal Direct were the first to get in touch. Hannah was very patient, informative and put us at ease. The only reason we aren't giving 5 stars is because she told us that the absolute maximum extra cost needed for our surveys was a certain amount (not the case) and that they are open 7 days a week to keep to their average turnover rate of 10 weeks (also not the case).
We received the email about ordering searches rather quickly and paid immediately- to be told that searches won't happen for a month. Again, as first time buyers- we don't know if this is a normal/good/bad/indifferent amount of time.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The solicitor even telephoned me to say they had safely received the title deeds I sent them - that approach is so different from anyone else I have used to buy / sell property and shows me they care.
