Astra (I use it with its powerful Spectra builder made by the same company that is behind Astra: Brainstorm Force) is an amazing theme—it’s fully customizable and offers tons of pre-made templates. The themes I used before forced me to settle on the design at certain points, as there were many things you couldn’t do. With Astra, there are no limits, and if you do struggle, all you need is to reach out to its nearly instant customer support. Those guys are eager to help when you’re stuck and guide you through to the perfect design and functionality you have in mind. On top of that, Astra (and Spectra) continues to improve and make features available on a nearly weekly basis. One time, I asked the support team for a Bluesky social icon for the headers/footers, and the next week, it became fully available for everyone to use. It’s just one example of how prompt and up-to-date Astra and the team behind it really are! Also it has a youtube channel ( the channel is called: Brainstorm Force) where you can step by step at your own pace learn/build you website, the videos are timestamped and you can jump to the subject you are working without rewinding the whole video (like it often happens with videos without time stamps)!! I highly recommend it!!

I had a problem getting my sidebar to display on my blog. It was on all of my other pages, but not my blog. Then I managed to try to fix it on my own, and wound up making disappear from all of my pages!

Right before pulling all my hair out, I reached out to Astra Pro Support and an agent quickly replied. He logged into my account and surveyed the issue, then created a video and sent it to me along with a link to the article showing me what to do to fix the issue.

I recomend everyone using WordPress get the Astra Theme and the Astra Pro plugin. It's east to configer and if you do have issues, the support team is fantastic and effeciant.

very great theme and although I am using the Astra Basic Theme, they still provided patient service and answered the technical questions I encountered while using the theme.

We needed 2 things differently in the layout of the Astra Pro theme and the support team quickly came with solutions for both. Great support!

The best wordpress templates ever, no one comes close, and the technical staffs are also supportive. Thumbs up, if there's anything beyond 5 stars, i think they deserve it.

Quick response and resolution of my issues.

I'm not exactly a beginner, as I've been making websites with WordPress since 2013.

In all those years, I've tested and used many different themes, but in August 2024 I started getting warnings from Wordfence that there was a security risk in the theme I was using. Then I felt more or less forced to switch to some other theme.

So I started looking for a suitable theme and finally decided to use the Astra theme.

But it wasn't "just" switching to Astra because there were many things that needed to be adjusted so that it suits me.

For example the size of the entire web page, size of the header, size of images, choice of fonts, size of letters and colors.

But that's not all, the website has to look good regardless of whether visitors are using computers, tablets or cell phones.

I was able to fix most of it myself, but for some things I had to get help from the support, which helped me beyond my expectations.

After I've been working with switching to Astra themes on my websites, I now understand why Astra is the most popular theme in the world. I agree and I can highly recommend the Astra theme.

Regarding the rating here on Trustpilot. I initially thought about giving Astra 4 stars, but thanks to the incredibly helpful and talented support, they get a really well-deserved 5 stars.
