I use wpforms for a donation form for a nonprofit, the nonprofit has a demanding set of requirements and wpforms pro let me meet their needs. I have contacted wpforms for support a few times and they have been consistently helpful and fast to respond.

Submitted a ticket to resolve a bug and was given quick and clear guidance. WP forms is easy to use and has been really helpful for our website.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I cancelled my service when I moved my website to another platform and just received an auto renew that they had taken money out of my account. When I went to discuss the charge I realized that there is no phone number or email listed for them. I couldn’t fill out the required field for license information because it has been more than a year since I cancelled and have no record of that. When I disputed it with PayPal they told me that if I cancelled the dispute they swore that they would refund it…not how it works. If you cancel a dispute you can’t reopen it. So no, not doing the pinky swear, besties.

WPForms are mostly intuitive to use/create forms - and there are tons of very clear and helpful support articles to create exactly what you need in a form. And further, when the help articles are not enough, the customer support is really genuinely responsive and helpful - rare in the world of AI support.

I have contacted WPForms support on multiple occasions with questions on how to accomplish different things with my forms. They have ALWAYS been extremely helpful! My most recent ticket was answered WITHIN 10 MINUTES. That is great service. The solution was clear and easy for me to understand. WPForms is great! A very happy customer.

I’ve been using the free version of WP Forms for years. I recently upgraded to the Pro version after a security issue that meant I had to upgrade a number of plugins, including WP Forms to the Pro version. Worth every penny. I had an issue upgrading the licence on my site and the service I received was 5*. A special shout out to Sweta, who dealt with some issues I was having quickly and professionally!

What made my experience great? A culture code of respect and service that the management clearly allows their reps to have when representing the brand and their expected level of service to the consumer.. I truly have never had such an enriched, satisfying, complete, and overall support experience as I have had with Alvin in tech support. Wow.

Motive Awesome, the holding company of WP Forms, has the most standout representation of superior service and respect for relationships I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Among the growing industry of cold blooded keyboard warriors and anonymous know-it-alls.... I can say that without a second’s thought, Alvin sets the prime example of what service, care, attention, and problem solving that companies worldwide should strive to offer. Big statement? Nah. Not at all. Especially when it comes to spending money and counting on services like WPForms to help start, run, and grow a business. Software is important, but care… Care is unforgettable.

All too many times companies simply think they're “owed” our hard earned dollars because of their success and popularity. Brands often forget that in an environment of new systems, lower cost solutions, and "almost perfect" software... We still have the power of choice and anyone trying to decide where to spend their money... Can safely do so with WPForms and any other product made by this team of absolute professionals.

The only recommendation I can make to the higher ups... Consider sharing the humanity and humility that Alvin showed me with the entire team. I hope that Alvin's level of service permeates across all areas of your business. Current management is on top of things (obviously) by having someone like Alvin on the team... But beyond being a member of the team... I'd sincerely consider making him a leader and to teach what it means to be an asset that is sure to positively impact the bottom line exponentially when you continue to allow his attitude to spread.

Please keep hiring people like Alvin. Please allow Alvin to share his humanity. Please promote Alvin's care and kindness. Please consider how such levels of service would make your brands even more unstoppable than they already are.

Terrible - they renewed at 3x the price without any notice. When I tried to raise a support ticket the form doesn't work!!! Says its all. I need a full refund immediately, yet no way of getting through to anyone
