Good product but they automaticly renew your contract without asking you and they can charge you by any amount without your permission! BE CAREFUL !
And you can't delete your recorded credit card so you must contact your bank to block them.

Sweta quickly diagnosed why my confirmation emails weren’t sending, verified our SMTP setup, and clearly explained how our conditional notifications were limiting messages to PayPal-only submissions. Very quick and helpful response to my questions. They resolved any issues I was having.

Great job. I had forms already made by the website development team but didn’t realize that the form abandonment feature didn’t come with the basic elementor forms. Then I had zero idea how to not destroy my website layout or even link it to smtp. The white glove service they provided was worth every penny. Raiden at technical support had my forms running with all my features in no time with custom tailored css. WOW! 10/10

I needed support for renewing my license. Within 5 minutes after filling in the support form a prompt reply with the solution. Very happy!

Intuitive user interface and superb support. I tried other plugins before I tried WPForms, and WPForms is far superior to the others for ease of use and support given. In fact they went above and beyond to help me when I encountered a problem, they wrote a custom code snippet for me. They are super friendly and responsive.

Highly unethical unsubscribe practise.

When you try and cancel your subscription, you don't just click cancel and confirm, they no less then 4 more times try to make you keep the subscription, by offering discounts and of concessions.

I thought I'd cancelled it last year, and it auto renewed, now I have to pay them 10% because I am demanding a full refund.

This is unacceptable and pushes the burden of ensuring my cancellation is done properly by, having to click 5 times NO.

I cannot recommend this company as they make the practise of leaving obnoxious!

Consistently great support from WPForms – quick responses and always seeking to help me find solutions.

After some time I need some help again, and support was as ussualy very friendly and fast. And, of course, the solution was found quickly.

The team at WPForms provides amazing support alongside their excellent plug-in. In setting up complex, conditional forms, using logic and payments, the team was readily available and responsive to help me figure out how to get the form up and running and diagnose any technical questions I had along the way. I highly recommend their plug-in!

The support staff went out of their way to answer all my questions and even gave me additional links and advice that supported me in what I wanted to achieve with my forms. I can't fault them. I had two complicated forms that linked APIs and performed tasks I'd never done before, but the support team was always on hand to help.

When you’re not a PHP writer (or even reader) but something is not behaving as intended, you need expert help. Thankfully WP Forms provides it.
As long as you remember to get your request away before the end of the Australian day, an answer is back before breakfast.

They helped me every step of the way on a small issue I couldn't figure out for myself on a forms styling for a client. They are beyond amazing and helpful! I love WPForms - truly!

Sweta Kumari was spot-on recognizing my needs. She was quick to respond. Her proposed solution was clear. I have only recently been able to implement and test this solution. For unkown reasons it does not work - the payment-select[quantity] value cannot be changed using PHP in a wpforms_process action hook callback.
