Ghosted by WPHS

I've hosted client sites with WPHostingSpot for over 5 years. At the beginning it was SUPERB. Then the original owner, due to health problems we were told, had to step down. Since then, things have been good. I was satisfied. Until now. Support tickets are going unanswered. There is no way to contact them outside of support. I posted on their Facebook page just trying to reach someone and it was promptly deleted. Twice. FB message also ignored. Emailed them directly, emailed through their chat app on their website. Nothing. Client's site is completely lost now since I cannot access it without the help of support. I have no clue what is going on, as there has been zero communication from them. I've moved all sites to another host, save the one client I've lost. (Of note: At some point my PayPal payment started going to "DediDirect" instead of WPHS. Their chat widget appears to use the company name of "Hosixy". Not sure what that's all about.. perhaps a change in ownership? Perhaps something else? There was no communication on that either, so we're all just guessing...) Onward to Siteground. Don't use this company -- whatever name it goes by.

One of my clients had the misfortune to…

One of my clients had the misfortune to have her web developer choose wphostingspot to host her business website, and the site has repeatedly gone down and the tickets she logs get ignored for days. This time her site has been down since Thursday and it is now Monday and her ticket number 133463 has not even received a response. This poor customer has paid thousands for Google marketing etc and not having a working website is hurting her business. However, the sheer lack of response or support from this company is nothing short of criminal because they gladly accept her money for faulty services.

Fantastic support, This company really care

I have been hosting my customers WordPress sites with these guys for a few years now.

Their dedicated WordPress hosting is a pretty bulletproof product and it is backed up with outstanding customer support.

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

Support tickets are answered very quickly and resolved in a timely manner, I am never worried when I break something as these guys always know exactly what to do to put it right.

The package is great too, CDN, Certificates, and the speed of Nginx servers keeps my pagespeeds among the best. (they pretty much set that up for me too).

I've tried various companies in the past including other dedicated WordPress companies but without a doubt I got really lucky the day I found these guys.
