Yes it was really easy to order what I wanted

I was going to buy a shirt from them, but it seemed too good to be true for the price, so I went to their "about us" and it was so vague, talking about American artisans making products with their calloused hands, and no factory, but never mentioning the name of the town where these "artisans" create these products. So I did a google search and asked where Wrenoin's products come from, and there's no American city, all of their products are made in China. Shame on you Wrenoin, for lying to consumers.

I am really very disappointed, I loved a blouse with "embroidery" but I received a "night dress" - bad quality.
The product looked on the picture absolutely different.
Please don't do the same mistake.. I'll never buy anything from that seller in future.

Please don't use them. Absolutely ripped off scam. I am fuming and so disgusted at what arrived. The top is absolutely disgusting and nothing like the picture on their site. Completely deceitful. If I could give no stars I would. So disappointed as brought for a wedding. They should be avoided as a complete waste of money and cheap rubbish. Shame on Wrenoin using deceitful descriptions of goods!

Beautiful products. Easy ordering and quick service. Hopefully when I receive my product I will be as satisfied as I am in the ordering process.

I absolutely LOVE your styles! (I wish that I could purchase ALL of them!) I am looking forward to receiving my order, so I can see if the garments really are a gorgeous as they look in the pictures.

Items received are nothing like described. Cheap flimsy materials with screen prints. Sold as knit sweaters but are actually poorly made sweatshirts. Not flattering. Coat showed soft fluffy materials around sleeves and pockets but had nothing on them when arrived. Refused to give refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY MY WIFE ORDERED A DRESS WHICH LOOKED AMAZING ON THEIR WEBSITE, WHEN IT ARRIVED SHE WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED, IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, CHEAP AND NASTY, SHE DIDNT EVEN TRY IT ON HARDLY FIT FOR THE BIN WHICH IS WHERE ITS GOING. TAKE NOTICE OF THE REVIEWS GUYS, MY WIFE CERTAINLY WISHES SHE HAD.

I received my order yesterday and the clothing that has arrived does not look like anything I ordered. Cheap material with nasty printed designs. Not the handcrafted quality designs I ordered. I have requested a total refund and asked where they want their rubbish sent back to. Absolute scammers.

The order process was quite simple and I’m excited to receive the dress I ordered. The picture of dress is exquisite. I’m Apostolic Pentecostal so will probably be wearing a top underneath so chest area not so revealing but I love this dress. Have a blessed day and Ty🌷

I ordered for the 1st time from them. I wish I saw these reviews first. I have not received an order or shipping tracking # yet and its been more than 48 hours. For all with complaints, if true, first dispute the charges with your credit/bank card. Replace it if necessary for security. Also: To report fraudulent websites in the USA, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov. These agencies help gather information to combat scams and protect consumers.

Update: I received the shirt I ordered and it is garbage. It is flat and does not have raised flowers on it as in the photos. I contacted their support and THEY ARE IN CHINA!! Website states they are a long time USA made company/hand sewn products. TOTAL SCAM!. I reported the website to both Google and Bing as fraudulent. I used WhoIs.com to find out the domain registrant and submitted a complaint to them. I also made a complaint on the FTC website. This site has only been up for 1 year and likely scammed many.

Product is shipped from China via Tracking and also uses an address in California for customs reason apparently. It is all sketch. I'm so over China scamming, stealing and more from the US and other countries.

The website is beautiful and I enjoyed shopping there. Can't wait for my clothing to arrive. I went to website because I had seen a top I liked, but then I noticed the sale that was on. I purchased 4 items that I love and the savings was amazing ! I feel I got 4 items for about what 1 dress would usually cost.
