Wriggle, an oustanding company

Wriggle provide an amazing, efficient service. Working in a primary school can be extremely demanding, with lots of issues arising daily. Wriggle are so easy to contact and have assisted me so much in making the devices safe and accessible for the children. Wriggle are easy to communicate with and go above and beyond the call of duty. Mark R in particular has been an outstanding asset, assisting me throughout the whole process, from set up to use. No job is too big or question is too silly. I thoroughly appreciate all of the time and effort that Mark has put in to helping me.

Laptop charging port not working

My child's laptop charging port would not work, I contacted Wriggle to report the issue. From start to finish their communication and support was amazing. I received regular updates explaining every step. The whole process was less than a week. Im so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend the Wriggle team.

The staff are lovely and so helpful…

The staff are lovely and so helpful with the repair of our sons laptop..
Quick to respond to emails and kept me in the loop the whole time!
Laptop was returned to us packaged and our son is over that he has his laptop to use when he returns to school after the midterm!

i couldn't get voice access going on my…

i couldn't get voice access going on my child's laptop. I searched everywhere for a possible solution. I contacted wriggle. I got several suggestions from them. They kept persisting with possibilities for me to try until we found the solution together. Thank you so much!

Great service. The screen cracked on my daughter's laptop. They picked it up and returned it really quickly. All staff were lovely to deal with.

Getting tablet unlocked

Getting tablet unlocked on my daughter's computer that we bought for school use nearly 4 years ago .I have to say I was a bit dubious to start with as my daughter said she couldn't access anything on it due to it being purchased for school use only .I can't praise this company enough they went above and beyond to help me to reset the computer back to as new including putting windows back on . Im not tech savvy at all and I have to say they have walked me through the set up of this computer from start to finish can't thank them enough .I can now use the computer for my needs .thanks again to all the staff that helped me

My daughter’s laptop had an issue turning on, so I contacted them by email. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. They fixed the laptop promptly and returned it very fast. They also replaced the screen because it had a small crack.

Dropped kids school laptop in morning…

Dropped kids school laptop in morning got a mail by lunch saying ready. I pay for wriggle support and have had great value, kid is in 2nd year and is rough with his stuff. Have unfortunately had to have repairs 5 times and the service has been quick and excellent each time. If they need to wait for parts they give loaner.

This company is one of the biggest scam…

This company is one of the biggest scam in the educational sector or Ireland. I don't know how much they would have bribed the educational ministers of Ireland to get the contract to rob the parents population of the country. And so many schools also trusting this company and forcing the parents to buy the electronic media from this company at such a high cost.
The license they sell to configure one device is valid only for that device. If the device is broken and needs to be replaced they will charge another new license for the device. What an amazing way to make money. And additional they charge,

A joke shop. How are they still in business? So dissapointing that a company of this calibre can win the contract to supply most of our schools.

Disgraceful lack of customer service…

I would honestly give this company zero stars if I could. They are without doubt the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. They are simply not providing the service that they are paid for and really should not be getting away with it. My advice to schools is to steer clear!! They simply do not provide customer service. One positive is that the staff I have dealt with in the 12 phone calls I have made regarding a still unresolved issue are extremely pleasant and helpful. They unfortunately are not the people who are dealing directly with the laptop issues. I have had to speak to a solicitor to get advice as I am desperate to get this matter resolved as my son is over a month without use of his laptop.

Terrible experience with Wriggle

Terrible experience with Wriggle. We still don't have the ipad back that WE purchased. Originally, they never contacted us with instructions for sending, didn't reply. Our schools main contact is always "out at school meetings" meaning we never get a response. My daughter is missing key information and assignments due to this company. I wish our school wouldn't work with them.

Terrible experience

Support was extremely poor and unhelpful. There is a serious lack of clear information about what to expect when opting to bring your own device (BYOD). I was given incorrect information by support staff, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. The configuration timelines are excessively long, and the overall handling of the process is inefficient. I would strongly advise avoiding this service if you have other options.
