I saw these watches and thought they…

I saw these watches and thought they may be a more reasonably priced substitute for Watch Gang. After getting my first watch, I saw it was cheap plastic crap. I went into my account to cancel it and it said "closed" so I assumed I'd already done it and forgotten. The next month, I saw another charge and reached out to customer service. They told me that I had to cancel through them. I thought that was very misleading and contacted my CC company to contest the charge. WRIST MAFIA sent in PART of the email communication and left out the piece about the misleading information on my account saying "closed". It's an absolute sham of a company.
The second watch was absolute crap as well. Seriously, you can spend $40 on Amazon and get a better watch than these.

Wrist Mafia is an absolute scam

Wrist Mafia is an absolute scam. The bedazzle you with sleek looking watches and promise you high quality watches for a fraction of the price. I signed up for the 6 month watch subscription and every single watch was made of cheap plastic and looks terrible. Absolutely DO NOT use this service.

Total crap

Total crap. I got a 6 month subscription from wrist mafia just to try so I could see what all the hype or lack there of was. Well definitely 100% LACKING in the hype. Every watch I have received was like a dollar store special maybe a Walmart pull off the shelf special. "Not special enough to be in a case special if you know what I mean ". Not worth wasting your time or money on. I'm a watch enthusiast a watch geek ect. It's nothing but a scam that sends you watches that might be worth 10.00 - 20.00 maybe on occasion 30.00 tops. At least that's all I got. The value is junk more junk and even more junk that I wouldn't give away to people just to nice and the fact I didn't like the watch. No it was because I didn't want people think wow what a piece of junk watch if that's what you want to call it. It's embarrassing to even give one away as a gift not cool. All in all don't waste your time and money on wrist mafia. You have a better chance getting a quality watch out of a vending machine/game in the arcade just saying.

Nothing Is FREE

No One Gives Their Money Away. Foolish To Think Your Going Get A Watch Anywhere For Half The Price. How Would They Make Money? Especially With The MAFIA.

Useless customer service

Bought a 3-month subscription. Since I live in another country I have to pay customs. The first package came and the value on the package was what I paid for all three packages. Which meant that I paid way more than I should have to retrieve the package. I contacted customer support and they told me it must have been a mistake and it wouldn’t happen again. Just a few days later package number 2 arrived at the postal office, and also this time the package was marked with the value of three packages. I contacted them and asked to be reimbursed. They told me they had to speak to their supervisor. Since then I haven’t heard anything, and they have ignored my latest email.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!! I’d give it zero stars if it let me

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I got a subscription from them a year ago, they sent me a watch that looked NOTHING like the anything they post on Instagram, so I sent it back ($5 for shipping) and was told I’d receive another watch once they received that one. Never received another watch so they just refunded instead which I was more than ok with. Decided to try them out again. Worst idea ever. Still have YET to receive a watch that looks anything like the pictures they post online. They sent me duplicate watches, yes the SAME watch twice. I asked for a refund on my 3 month subscription (which is what I got last time), they refused my refund and insisted on sending me another watch. Sent me another watch to replace the duplicate I was sent, yall…this watch looked damn near identical to the duplicates I was sent. Swear to god. Again asked for a refund, was denied. They said they don’t do refunds which is BS because I got one with zero issues the last time. Finally told me they’d make an “exception” for my refund but I’d have to send back the watches I don’t want in order to receive my refund. Now what kinda sense is that?! I have to pay more of money to send back these POS watches for them to refund me ?! For a watch THEY sent 2 of, and the other watch they insisted on sending me? Idc if it was $2. I shouldn’t have to spend more money in order for them to give me my refund NOR should I have to fight to get my money back due to mistakes THEY have made. Moral of the story, do NOT spend your money with this company. They are frauds. Their policy isn’t posted anywhere & they’re trying to say their policy is no refunds. Their website also says 100% customer service satisfaction which is completely BS. Zero customer service. It’s non ethical and they shouldn’t be in business.

If you want to try #wristmafia, know the FAQ

If you want to try #wristmafia, know that the free trial manipulates you into at least 1 full billing cycle ($40ish) after you pay ($10ish) for shippin on your first trial watch.

Don't like that first watch? Don't like the service? Too bad, because surprise, you're still required to get another one and pay for it. This information is in the fine print of their FAQ, I was told. However, it's not in the terms and conditions I accepted when setting up my account. Very disappointed with the service, watch, customer service, and manipulation.

I was skeptical to say the least but I…

I was skeptical to say the least but I thought a collection of watches had the potential to make a great gift down the road. I signed up for the 3 month membership. The first watch I received I was very disappointed in. It came scratched and the band looked like a replacement I could get at the dollarstore. I looked it up and it's a 20$ watch, def not worthy of a "MSRP of 100$ or more" like they claim. Absolutely not something I would ever give as a gift. The 2nd watch I received actually looks decent. I'm happy I only got the 3 month but I am curious to see if they gradually get better in quality.

Disappointed in their processing time/service

I’m not going to speak to the quality of watches because I got the 3 watch subscription for my husband and he actually enjoyed each watch he received. This is why I came back for Christmas gifts… I started on Black Friday, great got my two watches. Problem is it’s not a “multitude” of watches they send out each month. They’re all the same. So now my gift recipients will get the same watch. I went on vacation shortly after so did not have time to send one back for a different style. Whatever, so my subs are processed on the 15th, great I figure I will receive two more watches for my gifts before Christmas. Dead wrong! Not sure what takes them 10 business days (minus Christmas Eve) now to ship the product out. I still don’t have them or a shipping confirmation. They boasted on social media to sign up by a certain day last week to ensure you get your watch before Christmas. So what, all their current subscribers are chopped liver?! I know how long it takes for things to get to my house from their location and it’s already longer than other things. This processing time is unacceptable. The 15th rolls around each month, why are they not processing watches well before that so they can go out timely?? ESPECIALLY for the holidays. Because of this I’m done. I will not be getting another watch for my recipients as a “post” gift because they highly dropped the ball here. Additionally not recommending this company to anyone anymore. It’s a shame, and they have done nothing to rectify the situation. Left a similar review on their site I’m sure they won’t approve to be posted. Social media person lied to me and said “early this week” mid week with Christmas Eve in two days is not early. So I’m done

Misleading + Terrible Customer Service

I purchased both a three month subscription and a six month subscription. I was thinking that one would start after the other. Instead, they occurred simultaneously. This is not a big deal except for the fact that the watch selection is not truly random. They have a "watch of the month", so I keep receiving two of the same watch. I have been in email contact with someone from their support and I was told I could return the duplicate watch and they would provide me with a different one. I was also told they would make a note on my account not to send duplicate watches, but I received two of the same watch again. Also, it makes it very difficult to communicate when they don't have a customer service phone number to contact. Trying to get anything done over email or messenger on Instagram is not productive.

Very cheap watch that isn’t worth

Very cheap watch that isn’t worth $5.00. The watch arrived without a battery, the time set knob doesn’t lock so anything it touches changes the time. I am so glad I only did a one month trial. By far one of the worst watches I have ever owned both in cosmetics and craftsmanship. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Scam!!!

Cheep $5 watches.

Cheep $5 watches.
You can not cancel direct debit as it for some reason collect money from a card payment every month in the same way if you used your card again. There is no DD to cancel.
