NO INTERNET AGAIN
I am having to write this review in the local pub due to having no internet service Again.
Since coming across to Gigaclear we have suffered numerous losses of service varying in time, anything from 10 minutes to three days (for which I still have not received any compensation).
With Gigaclear you are constantly worrying if you will have a service and then praying you can do what you need to do before it drops again. My wife and I rely heavily on the internet but more worryingly my son is studying for his A levels and it is imperative he has internet access.
My wife corrected me when I referred to it as a poor service, there is NO service, poor would be mildly acceptable.
If you think installation problems are your main concern then your real issues haven’t even started yet. Numerous drop outs and if it’s over a weekend then you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting back online.
The irony of the voice message when phoning “please use our online chat” - for those not technically minded at Gigaclear - You need internet access to use online chat !!!!!
On this current occasion I have now been without the internet for 5 hours, not an excessive amount of time but it’s the straw that has broken the camel’s back. I will be in touch with Ofcom about getting out of this contract without fees as I am paying for a service you are patently not delivering.
I wish I had remained with BT, slower but by crikey they were more reliable than this garbage.

I recently spent four days as a guest in the Kaiserhof Vien Hotel and was treated with the heighth of respect and friendlyness. It was my first visit to Vienna and wont be my last. From the time we enmtered the lobby the feeling of peace, quiet and friendliness was evident. Nothing was a chore if one required anything. Not once did I meet an unfriendly or unhelpful member of staff they are a credit to management. I am recemmending the Hotel to any of my family or friends who may be going to Vienna as the Number one choice for accomodation.
May the hotel cintinue to make the excellent strides it has already accomplished.

Went back after 2 weeks to show “Doctor” my face.
The Botox she administered into my forehead one eye brow went sky high and the eye opened wide. The other eye drooped. I looked like a freak. She apologised and offered to correct it but I would not dare to let her go anywhere near my face. I told her I wanted a refund. I was given the refund 4 weeks later.After chasing them every week.
When I asked for compensation as a gesture of goodwill for the embarrassment caused to my face,
They fobbed me off. The doctor was unqualified to administer the injections. I am planning on consulting my lawyers.

Very poor contacted greenbrier regional Medical Center in reference to my W-2, which I have contacted them several times and spoke with Anthony the administrator. I stated to Anthony that I have not received my W-2 yet he stated to me that he mailed it out. I stated to him that I’ve been in my address for 10 years and that I have not received my W-2 left multiple messages with human resource fruitless. Spoke with the young receptionist multiple time fruitless contacted Anthony back again today fruitless. Now I’m going to contact the IRS do not mess with this company. Well once again the tables have turned me on top of my head. As I mentioned in my last review. Yes True connect is the real deal. They have already contacted me through Email & have assured me that my recent experience with my Data issues will not be swept under the rug,for lack of a better term.... Their support team is on the move as I text this review & I will definitely keep all of the folks who are kind enough & have interests similar to mine when it comes to good report & simple human kindness from Providers, Companies & all services that we as consumers depend on daily. I purchased two items on the website of Ideal of Sweden, unfortunately by mistake purchase twice the same items, I tried to cancel one of the orders, but the website doesn’t allow it. I tried to contact them but there is no phone number , only email or chat, I sent several messages requesting the cancellation of one of the orders (all this the same day of ordering) , I didn’t get response only until the orders were sent and of course several days after, they replied my emails in Swedish, when I was using English.
After receiving the items, twice, they make everything very difficult for the customer to return the items. I have to search on the website, request a return, after they accept the request, had to print the confirmation and on top of all that hassle, there are two ways to return the items and both of them I have to pay.
They just want to make all very difficult for the customers.
Very disappointing site , not helpful at all and difficult to handle.

I just received another wooden cylinder a prayer for my mom , I have bought two one for my sister for Xmas and one for myself ! It’s beautiful and was bubble wrapped so nothing could happen to its journey! This is my second time to order my wooden cylinders! These are hand made and beautiful! I recommend if you or looking for a beautiful gift for family member or a friend, this is something to think about ! This will touch your heart and anyone you my buy this gift for ! This has brought me closer to my Heavenly Father ! I Have The Lords Pray which my mom had us learn as kids so I continue to say that every morning and when I need Heavenly Father ! The chair arrived a different colour - I sent them a photo of the chair they used to sell the product and the chair that arrived. The chair is unstable and there were many more marks on the wicker which were not mentioned. I wrote a review on MONSTERRELICS website - it has not been published - I started a case with Etsy who after discussions took it upon themselves to close my case. Stating the chair was the same colour. Not true - I had sent them photographs to prove it. I started a case study with Etsy they seem to always put a time frame before they will allow you to proceed - hoping that you will get tired of the case and then they simply closed my case supporting MONSTERRELICS

Have blocked my account for gambling for over a week and won’t allow me to access my universal credit payment for me a my child to survive on. Stay away from this bank people. They block your card and claim it to be fraud when they don’t even have a fraud department. So who are they allowing to block your card but you can’t speak to to unblock your card and access your own money. Stay away from them honestly it’s a joke. How am I calling up nearly everyday for a week just to access my own funds but I’ve been given excuses of you have to wait 7 days for a fraud department to get back to me that doesn’t exist!! Make it make sense.
Raymour and Flanagan, inducements to buy that were untruthful and our complaints were met with complete indifference from the Manager.
We bought a recliner loveseat from Raymour and Flanagan in July. When we purchased it, the salesperson told us that we would receive a $100 dollar gift card and that it would be sent to us. It is now over 2 months later, and we never received it. We called them. The person in customer service told us that we were supposed to get an Email to claim it. We then looked all through our Email. We found nothing. We called back. They then gave us the number of the company that was supposed to furnish the gift card. We called them. They said they had no record of the transaction. We called the store back and told them the company did not receive any notification that we should receive the gift card. They said they would talk to the salesperson. That person called back the next day and said she was processing our $25 gift card with the outside company. We questioned her and said, $25 gift card? When we were buying the furniture, you told us it would be a $100 dollar gift card. She then said she would talk to her manager. She called back later and said your purchase did not meet the criteria for a $100 dollar gift card. You needed to spend $1500 dollars. Our purchase totaled $1432. She never mentioned a $1500 dollar requirement. We told her, you did not tell us that when we were purchasing the furniture. You told us if we bought it, we would receive a $100 gift card. I asked her to speak to her manager. She said he was not there right now. I asked her for his name and requested that he call me back. We called several times and requested him to call back. That was 7 days ago. Still no call back. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that he will never call. We received the old “Promise them anything flim/flam”. Yes, the old bait and switch routine. We were given an additional inducement to buy, but it was not true. It definitely makes us question the integrity of this store as well as whether or not they care about their customers. Obviously not, since after multiple calls the manager doesn’t even have the decency to return calls. This has left an extremely bad impression on us as to how this company does business and as to how they treat their customers after the purchase. It is unfortunate however, because initially the experience had been fairly positive. We also purchased insurance on the furniture, and we now question whether or not there will also be some kind of excuse if a repair ever becomes necessary. We will definitely not be shopping there ever again.
Agua beach hotel Palma nova
At booking in to this hotel the person on reception didn’t tell us how to make our way to the room , had to use 2 different lifts and make our way to a separate building.Once we’d located our room on entering we did as most people do and checked the beds were clean, which they were then we checked out the bathroom which was very grubby.There was a poo in the toilet and the glasses provided were filthy.We noticed on the way in that the cleaner was next door and asked her to clean the bathroom properly and that we would find our way round hotel while she did this when we came back it was still the same so we had to clean it ourselves.Speaking to anyone on reception was a complete waste of time.The lift we had to use was filthy and didn’t smell very good.It was advertised as having entertainment every night, this consisted of a guy with a telephone and a blue tooth speaker who never once in the whole week we were there said a word. The pool area was fairly clean but they only have 20 sun loungers for all of the guests so getting a couple was impossible unless you did the 6am bed rush.The bar attached to the hotel is run by people who really should think about a career change, they were sharp and ignorant and the couple of times we did use it they told us rather than ask us to leave just after 12 in the evening,the one guy literally did throw the bill at us .The breakfast was the highlight of the day and the only good staff the hotel has work in the restaurant, they really were lovely ladies and made everyone feel welcome.The evening meals weren’t anything like the breakfast, on one occasion pork was served with blood still running from it because it wasn’t cooked.We spoke to other guests who had paid for evening meals who ate out all the time because they were worried about the food.The only really good thing about Agua Beach Hotel is it’s location, right on a lovely beach.If you value your holidays please don’t disappoint yourselves booking into this place.Palma Nova is a great place though.
Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Service
Booked a 7 seater cab with Swift Cars Winchmore Hill Road N14 to be collected from my address at 4.30pm on the 31st August 2023, called the company at 4.31pm as no one arrived advised they will be 7 minutes late.
Again waited a further 15 minutes no one arrived. Tried calling from 3 different mobiles all holding for over 10 minutes no answer. We were able to track the driver it kept saying 7 minutes then going up and down in minutes. He was no where near picking us up. Cab didn't arrive till 5.05pm which was now 35 minutes late and we needed to be at the airport by 5.30pm which didn't happen!!
Called swift cabs this morning they stated they will investigate, 4 hours later they called me back.
Lady manager was extremely rude and aggressive stating its not their fault as there was traffic I stated no courtesy call was made to advise this. She then carried on saying abruptly you were being picked up from bounces Road I stated no its N13 she then carried on to state anyway you were given the wrong price shouting we will only give you £10 come and collect and not to use their service again.
After the call I was extremely angry with her attitude and aggression as she also hung up.
Avoid using this Cab fim as they are only interested in getting their money and don't give a dam about their customers.
Definitely they have lost the business from ourselves, family and friends as this has been relayed to all to AVOID.
Staff and managers need customer service training as this was a despicable and very unprofessional service.
The £10 they can keep and put towards the training for all concerned there as they probably had no training in how to speak to people who pay their salary!!!!

I've had Mark V. from Green Home Solutions, Las Vegas, came by Sept 2022 to remediate mold to my closet, bathroom and HVAC area assuming it was all cleared till months later after trying to investigate where these molds originated and was led to retest for more molds and I found out I had more molds in my home and in me. So I contacted Mark and he came by to perform a Preliminary Mold Inspection Jul 2023 and it has elevated and the property I live in is contaminated as I've been notifying these folks from management and landlord for months since last year.
