I visited the new London location of WS Hair Pro yesterday for a balayage and cut and honestly loved the whole experience. The new space is stunning — such a beautiful salon and really relaxing atmosphere.
The service was amazing from start to finish, and I’m so happy with the result. The balayage came out exactly how I wanted and the cut feels so fresh and easy to style.
Highly recommend WS Hair Pro to anyone looking for exceptional colour and styling in London. Anastasia

This is the email I wrote to this salon 3 weeks ago and hadn’t had a reply. Sent photos of my fringe and a screenshot showing I was in the salon for less than 12mins. Wrote a review on google and received a 1 sentence copy and paste response. Best to avoid the salon and if you’re desperate and definitely avoid Craig he is overpriced and doesn’t listen to what cut you’re after or anything else.

I hope you’re well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my appointment yesterday.

I came into the salon on Saturday to ask about a fringe trim and was told it would be £15, but the next available appointment was Sunday. I was actually going to book through Treatwell for £20, but since I was quoted £15 directly, I chose to wait and book direct instead.

I made an appointment Monday, I showed Craig a photo of my previous fringe which is the same one I had cut at your salon and absolutely loved the cut and the way it grew out and explained I parted it because it had grown out. He said he would add more texture, which I assumed would still follow the style in the photo.

The result didn’t match what I asked for. I mentioned this cut looked longer, but was told “it’s fine.” The whole appointment felt extremely rushed; from walking in to leaving was 12 minutes, and I felt pushed into accepting the cut even though it wasn’t what I wanted. The email confirmation lists a fringe trim as a 30-minute service, so 12 minutes really highlighted how little time and attention was put into it.

When I went to pay, I was charged £25, which was £10 more than the price I was quoted on Saturday. Although the confirmation email mentioned a senior stylist, I wasn’t told over the phone that this meant a higher price, and the main point is I hadn’t specifically requested a senior stylist.

This was probably the most rushed service I’ve received, which was disappointing as my previous experiences at the salon was fantastic. I am completely fine paying £25 if the fringe cut and service reflected what I asked for especially from a senior stylist but I left feeling disappointed and honestly a bit ripped off.

I’ve been coming to the salon for over a year now and have been very happy with my results every time. The staff are all very kind and attentive and know exactly what they are doing. I’ve done hair coloring, hair cuts and blow dries and have always been happy with every service! They also have a cute dog that makes an appearance sometimes 🤭

I have been coming to WS Studio for two years and am always so happy with the experience and the end result. My hair gets healthier every time too which is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using Walter’s salon for years and it’s always such a treat - I never go anywhere else

Walter is amazing - I have been coming here for almost a decade now along with my mother and the experience has been awesome always either with Walter whom I always prefer but even with other members of the team too!

When Walter styles and does my treatment - it’s just heavenly from the welcome right down to the hair wash with his special massage plus all his products that they use and right to the end with his golden touches! Walter is very much a perfectionist with hair and very much deserves all his multiple awards…
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Located in the charming neighborhood of Pimlico in London, WS Studios exceeded all my expectations. I had been looking for a new hairdresser but was hesitant to make a change, only coming to WS Studios on a recommendation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the salon manager with a warm smile and felt right at home. The atmosphere of the salon is simply fabulous - calm, serene, with soothing music playing in the background. Despite being busy, the salon felt like a luxurious spa retreat.

I was paired with Nikolai, my talented hairdresser, who took the time to carefully assess my hair condition and discuss my desired look. My hair was coarse, unruly, and my highlights were not to my liking. Nikolai presented me with two options for a new style, and I opted for a blonder version. Along with a fresh cut, he used top-of-the-line products like Olaplex to protect my hair during the coloring process, as well as hot scissors for a precise cut.

The transformation was truly remarkable, and the reaction from my friends was overwhelmingly positive. Even after washing my hair at home, it still looks incredible. I cannot recommend WS Studios enough. Thank you to Nikolai and the entire team at WS Studios for giving me the hair of my dreams. I will definitely be returning!
