I paid for the subscription, I re-opened the website, nothing happened, website still thinks I haven't paid for any subscriptions. Starting to think this whole thing is a scam. Please I want a refund.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Their system said I got a lower ping but the lag was worse than ever on FF14. Had to follow them up to try and get a refund and they eventually replied and refused.
