Received a gift pgk for the holidays
Received a gift pgk for the holidays. Shrimp were big , but pretty good. Green crabs were terrible. The legs were about half the size of a pencil and impossible to even get a bite out off. Have another bag in freezer and not sure what to do with. Hardly worth the time cooking them. Very disappointed

We want to clarify that you received green crabs, not blue crabs, which are very different. Green crabs are small by nature and aren’t meant to be picked and eaten like crab legs. Instead, they’re typically used whole to make deeply flavorful stocks, broths, chowders, or bisques, where both the shells and meat add richness.
