Hi Curt, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that the size of the split lobster wasn't as you expected. However, we state clearly on the product page that this is 6-8 oz split portion and is meant to be a single portion per person. People love them as a main dish with salads and a starch pairing. Or as a perfect size for surf and turf dinner along with a side of steak/lamb chops.
If you're looking for a larger lobster product, our XL Lobster Tails are great for that!

We've only had the halibut so far from this shipment. It was excellent as usual - this time with the roasted corn salsa we prepared from your suggestion, serving both over a flour tortilla.
The only disappointment when I order is that there is always an out-of-stock item. This is also a positive since you get many items in short supply due to their quality and scarcity. Looking forward to the next one that I snag!

We ordered soft shell crabs this past summer. Just getting to use them….. most have no claws or one claw. Really shocked. Will not place an order again. Some are so mushy I would not even use. Just fyi——

This is the first time we're hearing this so I'll be looking into this with our fishermen partners and our production team. These crabs always come in whole to us. They are fully cleaned so that they are without gills, guts, and "face" to ensure easy cooking for our home cooks. With that said, they can come across as extra soft even by soft shell crab standards.
