Disappointing customer service

My jacket came with a stain on it. I have been waiting for a replacement for weeks with zero communication. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. The jacket, though, fits and feels quite nice.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. I order something for international shipping and it has been enroute for over 32 days. I have contacted wulibike and have not gotten back a response. I cannot find any policy for lost or not received items anywhere on their website. Their products are good WHEN and IF you actually get them. Stick to purchasing on amazon. at least there is some help if things go wrong.

Wrong size and design

I purchased two full kits (jersey + bibs), but received the wrong size jersey for one of the kits and both bibs were not the design shown in pictures. After some time, I did get a response to my customer service inquiry, and had a new kit sent to me free of charge. The design was still incorrect, but the sizing was at least correct.

False advertising of colour

The colour of the kit was nothing like what was advertised. Very disappointing. It's not something I would ever wear or buy.

I am 5’4”’ 130 pounds & your large shirt is skin tight! It is more like a child's size. Very disappointed!

They have 0 customer service

They have 0 customer service. I have not received anything that I has paid for. Lastly I tried getting in contact with them twice already and they don’t answer. When I paid I got no confirmation email, no tracking number, absolutely nothing. Do not buy from here learn from my mistake.

Bibs too short on Bora–Argon 18 Team 2016 Cycling Kit

I ordered the Bora–Argon 18 Team 2016 Cycling Kit - XL. The shorts (bottom part) did not match the size of jersey (upper part). The bibs of the shorts were too short and not appropriate length to reach the shoulders. One size larger (XXL) would be necessary for the bibs to be the right length.

I am giving 5 star as it relates to quality and pricing. I am a big person 105kgs with a 42 inch waist, I ordered the 3xl according to the chart which is a tight but manageable fit, if you don't want a tight fit, I would suggest up sizing your order.
