I recently purchased two new jerseys in…



I recently purchased two new jerseys in size medium, the same size I bought previously. Unfortunately, the new jerseys are noticeably larger than the medium size I received earlier. This inconsistency in sizing has left me disappointed with the product, as it does not fit as expected.

I hope you can address this issue and provide some guidance on how to proceed.

No customer service

Received item. Inquired via email about exchanging for larger size. Still have not received a response. Poor service.

I don’t speak Chinese

The delivery was after it said it was delivered to a different town causing me stress. But it showed up three days later in my mailbox. This isn’t the company fault but when I sent a email concern I got a response in Chinese? Not acceptable

Did not receive the goods and get no more reply

Placed 2 orders, 1st order came in 2 parts, they had no idea what was sent when and after I informed them they sent the other items, they are located in Hong Kong but ship from China. 2nd order I got 1 out of 4 items and they claim they sent all 4, now I get no more reply from them for 3 weeks. Do not order here.
