Great support from technical team. Very smooth transaction, we got what we wanted as per our design there was no fuss to sell additional equipment's / controls etc.. which we did not prefer and they supported our decision although they are designers.

Couldn’t ask for more

We bought underfloor heating material from Wundagroup last year. They were recommended by a friend of mine and a reputable builder, Hanif Barlas. Their service was excellent. However, we were having underfloor heating for the very first time with a heat pump and the builder we used (not Hanif Barlas who is always busy due to his quality of work) was not as experienced as he should have been and we were sold the material we perhaps did not require but it is not Wundagropup’s fault as we should have known what was required. However, after a few months we retuned the unused material but their service on this occasion was also as excellent as it was when they sold the material to us. Overall excellent service but I would suggest you should know yourself as to what to order rather than totally relying on them. I would definitely recommend them.

Wunda don’t ship to the Republic of Ireland — but that was never the end of the story. They worked with me to arrange my own shipping, with a kind of quiet determination you rarely find in business. Their customer service was relentless, their tech support patient, rapid, responsive and precise. And the system itself? It’s like walking on a velvet cloud — we have it under engineered wood panels and also beneath concrete tiles, and both feel astonishing. A silent masterpiece beneath your feet. I couldn’t recommend it more.

We recently installed the Wunda Rapid Response®️ underfloor heating system in our home and couldn’t be happier. The system is exactly as advertised – efficient, responsive, and easy to install, even for DIYers like us!

The panels and pipework were straightforward to lay down, and everything felt well-designed and thought-out. While we did need a plumber at the end to connect it to our boiler, that part was simple and didn’t take long at all.

What really impressed us was how quickly the system heats up and cools down – it performs just like a traditional radiator but offers much more comfort and control. Rooms feel cosy in no time, and it runs at low water temperatures, so we’re expecting lower energy bills too.

The customer service from Wunda was excellent throughout – helpful, friendly, and responsive.

Overall, we’re really pleased with the product and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend Wunda to anyone renovating or upgrading their heating system.

From start to finish the lovely Codi made the entire experience a pleasure. She was always quick to respond no matter how banal my questions and was a font of knowledge when needed. Could not recommend more highly, all it takes now is for me to lay it!

Great product and great technical support. Was originally planning for plumber to install but became clear we were better off installing this ourselves throughout our barn conversion.

Wunda group is an excellent company to deal with. They always answer the phone give their advice whilst installing the floor invaluable.
The flooring works well and warms the kitchen at just the right temperature.

We are an older DIY couple and installed it all ourselves. The plumber linked it up to the boiler. I'm really happy with how the system works, all controlled from an app on our phones. I gave it 4 stars as its not as easy to install as the videos make it look. However, customer service is brilliant and the installation videos are really good.

Good response and clear installation instructions, but we found some issues with the electrical installation instructions. I haven’t tested it in winter yet because I installed it in summer. I will leave more comments after testing in winter.

I've installed two underfloor heating systems from Wunda, both DIY, one using between joist panels, and one using over floor panels. Experience with the sales and technical team has been superb. They helped with all my questions and helped me remotely configure some of the smart heating settings where I was combining wet underfloor heating with smart TRV radiator valves. The only difficulty I had on both occasions was connecting 22mm flow and return pipes to the manifold as it doesn't come with and connectors or sealing washers for this.
Highly recommend, will certainly use them again in the future.

This is he second underfloor heating system I've had installed, and have used Wunda both times. The first underfloor was installed at my previous home over 10 years ago and still going strong, without any problems whatsoever. I've recently installed another Wunda system at my new property last year. As I've come to expect from Wunda, the heating works perfectly, and is even easier to control now via their app. I cannot fault this company, and their excellent service.

Really easy to install and the technical support on offer is excellent. Bought UFH for one room last year and was so impressed by the rapid response heating that I have ordered more for other rooms. I would highly recommend.

Most importantly, the system itself is excellent. It’s efficient, reliable, and performs exactly as promised. You can really feel the difference in comfort, and I’ve noticed improved energy use as well.

First class service from start to finish. Had a few technical questions that were answered straight away. Installation was plain sailing following the plans and layout supplied, myself and wife had all pipework installed in a day and went exactly to supplied plans. Everything works better than expected. I would definitely recommend this product.
