I was sad, since it was a nice shoe.
But I could keep it and got a new one, which fitted nicely.

I spent a good amount of money ordering clothing from WWMODE.de, expecting decent quality for the price (around €40 per item). What I received was shockingly cheap—materials that felt uncomfortable and plasticky on the skin, with a quality that wouldn’t even justify a €5 price tag. I wasn’t offered a refund, only a gift card, which I reluctantly used. The second batch of items was even worse than the first.

This company is massively overpriced for what they deliver. The products feel like fast fashion knockoffs with zero attention to comfort or durability. I strongly advise others to stay away—this was a complete waste of money.

The product is comfy and the material is good quality. The product itself in terms of production is poor. The sizing was off and the product looked like a cheap knock off of the photo. I still wear it although I am disappointed with the outcome.

It’s a very pretty bag, and fits a decent amount of stuff. Got it in small because medium seemed really bulky, so keep that in mind when deciding between bag size. I wish the strap was longer though, but overall, a great bag!

This company is a huge scam.
They advertise themselves as being German making it look like you are purchasing from a German trustable website and then the stuff arrives from China and its horrible!
Be careful! Avoid them and other similar websites!

I ordered gold sequined combat boots on August 3 and received them by August 20. The package was sent via YunExpress from China to Switzerland. Out of two pairs of boots I ordered online, these boots arrived first and on time for Burning Man. The boots lasted a week in the desert and I am very happy with the purchase. Fits true to size.

18.08.2025 I bought leggings with skirt. In khaki. At 10:00 in the morning. At 11:10 I write to the company to cancel my order due the color is wrong. I needed brown but not khaki. The color choice was tricky in the web site.
They answered by 15:00 it’s too late, you can cancel during 5 min after order. But they say in email you can cancel by arrival.
After this I found they send drop shipping from China the item for 30 euro which costs 4 euro on Temu!!! I did not know from the web site because it was very much like a German store.

I received this order 1 September, opened it and it’s a pink leggings in cotton instead of khacky polyester (as the label attached to leggings showing).

I wrote to return and they sent me email that I can only pay them for this return 20-80 euro post fee by myself.

Or I can take a voucher for this amount 30 euro.

I opened a disput on Klarna.
The seller is a cheating drop shipper from China.

Please mind: this shop is in the list of German customers protection organization ( Verbraucherzentrale ). vzhh.de
The shop is freely continues its work as a scammer.

AVOID, ITS A SCAM!
On their web there is a fake "trustpilot" with fake positive reviews as well !
I purchased two catsuits (sizes M and L), intending to keep the one that fit. Both items turned out to be far too small and do not match the measurements stated in the product description.

On the seller’s website it is clearly stated “problemlose Rücksendung” (hassle-free return), which created the impression that returns are simple and local. In reality, the seller requires me to ship the items back to China at my own expense. This crucial information was not disclosed prior to purchase and is misrepresentation. The shop presents itself as German, which is misleading advertising and violates transparency obligations under EU consumer law.

The seller refuses a monetary refund and only offers a voucher, effectively forcing me to buy again from them — despite their products being defective and not as described.

I don’t recommend at all! They are thieves and 0 professionals. I ordered a pair of shoes but DHL returned the order back to them and they will not refund the money but neither send another pair of shoes. So basically now they have my money and also the pair of shoes that I paid and never received! Please be careful with this site.

I ordered shoes thinking I was ordering from Germany, but the goods came from China. The shoes are unimportable and of poor quality. After checking with the customer service, they are truly impeccable. I was able to reorder the goods with the credit for the shoes. The goods received are good value for money.

Awful products with very low quality made in China.

The quality of the dress I ordered was really bad. And it had a smell. I wanted to return it, and they were playing dumb, making up some system error. After abot 20 Emails I sent, they gave me a return Adress. 25€ to ship it back to China.
Total waste of money.
I saw .de and automatically thought it arrived from Germany. I will never again order from this shitty shop.

Update: they were very nice and contacted me, offering some solutions. In the end, they gave me a refund.

I really hope they will be stopped and their website blocked because they are a total scam. They claim to be a german brand but instead it is a drop shore from China, quality of clothes is 10 times worse than Temu(who at least, does not hide under popular clothing brands). Obviously they would not refund nor cover the refund costs to send back their poor quality made clothes. Luckily for me, I managed to get a refund from my bank which I highly praise! 🙏 Do not order !

Received bad quality. Shirt was damaged and did not look as shown on the pictures. wwmode.de refused to send a return label and did not reimburse the costs. Finally required paypal involvement for reimbursement.

Since writing my previous review WW Mode customer services have refunded me and apologised.

They were extremely helpful.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My Package was stolen (I never got it) and they did not take any responsibility. Kept sending me 100000 emails all the time that they are working on it, in the end they said it is not their responsibility and I must go to the police.

Absolutely useless scammy service. I wasted 45€!

The worst experience at all, I ordered 3xL pants and after 2 weeks I became a small size one as if its M but with 3XL sticker, returning it will cost me more than its price, the offered a 100% off code to pick another item but also costs me 10€ shipment, its like robbery really

Good things first: quick and nice costumer service. That’s why they get two stars. Other than that: wouldn’t order here again. The quality of the product is not worth the money. My clothes don’t fit me and I have to pay the shipment back to the facility and it costs me as much as the price of what I ordered. Meaning I’m stuck with those clothes cause sending it back makes no sense. I won’t get my money back. Another option is getting a voucher for the price of the clothes and ordering something again. That’s what I did now cause I didn’t have a choice (needed to pay 10€ shipment again). But generally, I want to be able to send my clothes back though and not order more. They did put it in their guidelines to be fair, and I also didn’t read reviews, which are pretty bad, before, so do better than me, read the guidelines before ordering something.

Update (added another star): they refunded me the money. Doesn’t change the fact that I was disappointed with the clothes, but the costumer service was helpful and quick.
