Amazing people, fixed issue really quickly with a good price.

Couldn’t be happier with one stop garage and staff,

My car was recovered by road side and taken to one stop garage, they didnt even know we were coming and still they accepted me, this was late in the day also, they managed to diagnose my car and fix it all within 24 hours and at a reasonable price. Guy at the front desk was amazing and laid it all out straight.

I will always go to them now.

I left the car with them on Monday after they had diagnosed the coolant was leaking from the water pump. They quoted £339 fitted with new pump and coolant. I was told it would be ready the next day. The next day I had a phone call to say the wrong part had been sent and the car wouldn't be ready till the next day. On Wednesday I rang to ask what was the progress. Still waiting for the part I was told. On Thursday I rang to find the car still not ready. On Friday morning I rang to be told it still wasn't ready. Later that morning I visited the garage to collect some belongings from the car. It was up on the ramp, and was told it wasn't the water pump, it was two leaking pipes and the wrong pipes had been sent. I said i really needed the car ny Saturday at the latest, and what was the new quote, and was told he couldn't say. Later on Friday afternoon I got a call to say it was ready. When I collected the car I was told the cost was £280 and given an invoice which included £41.67 for anti-freeze, 41.67 for hose pipes, and three hours, yes three hours labour cost at £50 and hour. Why I didn't question this I'll never know! Three hours to change two hose pipes!! Dreadful service and extremely costly.

Everything was fine booked online for a full service got a call to confirm 2 days before dropped car off and all was fine then went to pick. No stamp in service book went back to reception and said u haven't stamped the book and was told not to use that manner when speaking to him so I apologised and said my northern accent can come across a bit blunt at times to which he just looked at me aggressively in my opinion so I just said stamp the book please I then noticed the locking nut had not been used and he said they don't need to remove wheels if they can if the car is on a ramp paper work was basic not any print out of everything that had been checked. Won't be back serves me right for trying to save a few bob and should have stuck with my old garage

I 100% recommend 1 stop broadfield in Crawley. Been taking my car there for many years for mot's all my family have. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cars. They are honest, polite, friendly and respectful! And always fit us in even when you can clearly see they are busy.

I found a rear brake caliper had seized. AUTO CREW One stop Auto Centre in Huddersfield ordered and fitted a new caliper within 90 minutes from calling there with the problem. Friendly staff and really excellent service.

The mechanics were a little quiet but very good at their job which is the main thing.
The receptionist on the day had excellent customer service skills . She was friendly, efficient and did what she said she was going to do.

Booked in for a AM MOT dropped my car off at 8:30 am and was asked what time I would be back , I said 3 pm , I went to collect my car at 3:45 only to be told it wasn’t there and it was down for a 12:15 pm MOT so I had to leave and go back , got a phone call 1 hr later to say my car had failed and was back so I went to collect but it still wasn’t there , when my car arrived it had 49 extra miles on and when I questioned this the staff got very abusive and told me to pay and leave as I was trouble , I asked where my car had been and it should only be a 5 mile round trip , the staff were very intimidating not that that bothered me but they were like a gang that think they can just rip people off , they definitely drove my car somewhere other than where that state and the crap thing is the police don’t care so if I were you I would avoid this garage at all costs , they are NOT honest . Car never went to Halfords or anywhere else as that’s the first place it was booked for an mot , only place that car went is wherever they drove it round all day , if your going to make up a story at least have the decency to address the manager telling me to F off when questioned about milage and how the staff grouped together like a pack of wolves and then address where my car actually was all day ! Like I said untrustworthy , aggressive and dishonest.

Helpful friendly informative from the owner to his staff - excellent customer service- always cheerful and polite and don't feel you're being ripped off like some garages - would definitely use them again

Rude, not listening, talking over me and hanging up the phone on me whilst I was talking. Never going again and was told they don’t ever want me as a customer again even though I was very respectful and know what I’m talking about because of the years of experience of being a mechanic

Another garage in Huddersfield (Autotech) had botched a repair on a cut fuel pipe. This garage had good reviews so this morning I took the car here. They were friendly, helpful and fast and it cost much less than what Autotech charged me. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you 1 Stop Autocentre.

Brought my car in for a service they identified a few more issues the service from start to finish was excellent

Yesterday my exhaust fell off my car as i was driving to town, as you can imagine I was so panicked and took it to the nearest garage that I new I was near, the lady at the reception was so lovely and friendly she ask if I’d like a drink and said the mechanic would take a look, he took a look straight away and she gave me a quote, it was reasonably priced and they said they would fix it by the following day which they ended up fixing on the same day which I was so happy about, I had forgotten my phone so couldn’t ring a taxi, the lady at the reception I think her name was Missy, she rung me a taxi and paid for it for me as I didn’t have any money, the customer service is absolutely outstanding at this garage and they really work as a team, I came away feeling very reassured that should I ever need anyone I know where to go, super work guys thank you so so much

Receptionist is rude and has a poor attitude. They have hidden costs and can’t hold a proper conversation. Complete lack of manners. They are bully’s. Please avoid!

Would give minus rating if I could! Customer service is shocking! Mechanic very rude, receptionist rude at times, problem not rectified even though I was told it was, the work clearly not checked before I drove off in my vehicle which is extremely dangerous and money was quick to be taken even though problem was not fixed. Don’t waste your time with this garage, very unprofessional!

Had my Ford Focus re gassed for the air conn not working,Told me to bring it in on the day at 1 pm ,started on it straight away and was back and running in 45 minutes
Can’t fault there service and would recommend them

Booked online, got a call within an hour tI confirm everything, managed to find a time that suited both of us. Very accommodating. Staff were very friendly and polite. Will definitely be returning in future.
