Be careful!
Bought two step up transformers from here. One arrived broken. You have to pay for the return and they stipulate that it has to be UPS. A transformer is very heavy, it cost $60 to return something that was broken. Completely unfair. They tell you to return everything that was in the package so we returned the converter plug that we paid extra for.
A month after they received the return we finally got our replacement. However they didn’t send back the converter plug. Emailed to ask when we were going to get a replacement plug and they don’t respond (that email was over a month ago)
