Converter in a cheap transportation
They delivered an expensive and heavy converter in a box that was broken and the equipment never work
They did not replaced and I got a non working equipment
They said that the shipment need to be paid by the tracking company who is not responsible
They shipped a heavy converter in a weak cardboard
They also shipped through cheapest non reliable incompetent shipping companies

The item I bought has been very functional. They mistook the delivered item but the original one was sent back soon. It took over two to three weeks but they allowed me to keep the mistooken item. Very kind gesture.

I asked for a converter from U.S to Irelands electric power, when I got to Ireland the plugs would not work I was told that they were for France. When I received them I contacted the support number and questioned they didn't look right I was told that they would work.
