It took me several hours of searching online to locate a company such as this one, and it was worth every minute! I use a CPAP machine to breathe when sleeping and even though the machine itself is designed to also work with 220 volt European current, the U.S. made extension cord I regularly use is not. In fact, using the cord with 220 volt current risks it overheating, and I couldn't take that chance while on vacation overseas. Moreover, European hotels frequently have only a couple of electrical outlets in a room, and there's no guarantee that they will be close to the bed -- hence the need for an extension cord. Thank goodness for 110220volts.com! The owner, Mani, and his son, Manouche, custom made for me a 10 foot European Schuko Extension Power Cord with the correct adapters I needed.
