I bought an adapter at Amazon but I found out it was not the correct adapter. When I found 110220volts.com, I called them and not only ordered two of the correct adapters, but I learned that most chargers now work at both 110 and 220 volts, allaying a fear and additional expense for a converter.

They were helpful and informative, very well priced and they shipped the next day so I did not have to utilize expedited shipping.

We needed adapters to plug our US-plug devices in South Korean receptacles (a laptop and a tablet; S. Korea uses plugs common throughout much of Europe). My dealings with the company were great. The order was processed in a timely manner and delivered when promised. I have not used the product yet. I bought it for a trip next week. I hope that it will eliminate me having to bring 3 or 4 plug adapters each time I travel to Europe. It is often difficult to find enough outlets in a hotel room to charge all my electronics at the same time, usually overnight. With this product, I only need to find one outlet.
