I recently contacted 110220volts.com for a power conversion application where we needed to power a European medical device. It was already late in the day when I called (after 4 o'clock) but quickly found that the transformer was available in stock. 110220volts staff managed to get it shipped out that same day and had it in my hands by 10:30 the following morning.

I ordered adapters for the Philippines for our mission trip. I paid the extra shipping costs of $9.99 for 2-3 days shipping. I ordered on 2/9/15. We left 2/14/15 and the items were not received. I called prior to leaving and they said to contact them when I returned. I just got off the phone with them and they said they will refund the product price but not the shipping because it was USPS not guaranteed. I am very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this company .
