I called the company to discuss the Panasonic telephone I was interested in buying before purchasing on line. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgable and answered all my questions completely. Even though the method of shipping was suppose to take 5-7 days, I received the phone sooner. I tested the phone with the 110 volts and it works well. However, I will be bringing it to Europe to use there.

We needed two outlet converters for upcoming international travel. The site makes it easy to find what you need, the prices are great, and they arrived sooner than expected. The only disappointment is that the UK converter does not have a ground; our power strip won't fit into it. Wish there had been one with a ground.

Happy with it

We ordered twenty (20), 220v to 110v plug-in adapters; we got 19 correct adapters and one (1) 110v to 220v plug-in adapter. Shipping was fast but the packaging was insufficient as the thin box was torn and coming apart when I received it.

The description was accurate. I ordered and it was shipped immediately. Just what I needed

We placed the order one night, got a phone call for clarification the next day, and got an email saying our order was cancelled the next! Not sure why, but apparently the item we ordered went out of stock during the transition from order to fulfillment. They said replacements would be in stock for several more months.
