Good car, bad return experience
Great car, appalling rental return at Melbourne airport, bad traffic jams plus inadequate signing and no idea what to do with the car when we finally found return nearly caused us to miss our flight. 9 out of 10 for car and rental desk at Sydney airport. 1 out of 10 f return at Melbourne.

Arrived as planned - car upgraded and ready and paperwork done in minutes. Cheerful friendly staff. Drop off at other destination done without fuss. Charge for drop off at other location taken on card within 72 hrs and held deposit on credit card returned likewise. Good experience all round.
