Customer service from 1-2-1 exceeded …
Customer service from 1-2-1 exceeded expectations though when we collected the car from Dickmanns they disputed some of the agreed terms and said that "these are the terms agreed with 1-2-1 - not with us" so they were unwilling to honor the agreed terms ie breakdown assistance etc. I feel that less experienced or risk averse customers would have been pressured into additional costs for protection cover. Car was good however with approachable staff

Very easy to book, but some muddle re insurance as had questor cover for full damage but found interrent did not know about this and charged me extra. May be worth making sure that questor cover is easy to claim as airport kiosk does not seem to recognise them. Thanks. Anonymous
