Brilliant service from start to finish. My TV is non standard so at first guess they provided the wrong conversion plate but as soon as I told them the exact size I needed it was posted out that day delivered the next at no extra charge. I couldn't have asked or more and all done with courtesy and friendliness.

A scam company. Their brackets don’t work and are faulty. I’ve tried contacting them - they don’t pick up the phone and refuse to come collect the item when they reply by email. Avoid this company at all costs. Spend more and get something decent!!!

Great service from 123brackets. We ordered a1 x A407ABLK cantilever bracket for quite a big TV and have been very happy with the service and the quality of the product.
The bracket has been in place for a year now and has stood the test of time.

I made an error on my delivery address using Paypal - very helpful service to put it right for me.

Easy ordering and payment process. Good delivery service with no problems. Installed wall mounting kit and now have the TV on the wall to watch ballets & operas on a 32 inch screen.

The description did not mention that an additional kit will be required for my Sony TV. The bracket was the one recommended for my model. Only found out when I contacted the company that this can be purchased at additional cost. The quality of the bracket is good.

What can I say - ordering straight forward, delivery efficient, good quality product. We are a guest house and over the years we've bought a few TV brackets. One of the products was unsuitable, which actually was our fault, and the exchange was done easily. Highly recommend.
