Incorrect item and no response
I ordered a tv bracket that was supposed to be the correct one for my tv screen, however, when it arrived it didnt fit at all. I checked measurements etc and had ordered the right one. After several weeks and numerous messages sent to this company (via their web site and my email) I still have had no reply.

Please read these reviews, this company is scamming. They sent a used bracket that had manufacturing faults, so it was impossible to put together. They go straight to voicemail and do not respond to emails with attached images and details evidence. Reported to trading standards. Be warned, you will not get your money back.

Awful, i ordered a compatible TV bracket which was not compatible with my TV. I have tried several times to call, email to try to return the item. No correspondence from them whatever. I too feel as though they are using Covid to not reply to and not to accept any returns. I would never buy from this company again go back to Amazon where you are confident you can order and return with ease.

Their payment system did not work correctly so I paid and received the order of the same bracket twice.
I immediately tried to contact them to stop the one order. They did not answer e-mail or phone. Both items then arrived so I completed a return form for the one bracket on their website, had no e-mail reply. I have also tried to contact them by phone and e-mailed them for the last 3 weeks they do not respond. I feel they are using Covid 19 as a shield and are happy to receive orders but cannot be bothered to respond if the order needs returning or there is a problem with the order.
Bracket doesn’t fit.
I am currently trying to resolve an issue with this company. I feel they are using the COVID-19 crisis as an excuse to get away with terrible customer service. The bracket they sent doesn’t fit my tv, but they are not interested in exchanging it or refunding me.

Literally ordered this on Tuesday night it arrived Thursday afternoon, this is the third tv bracket I have ordered for this current television (not from this company) but this one is perfect! Delivery was great, it actually fitted the tv!

Shocking company
I ordered some screws for fitting a tv bracket to the back of the tv with 123brackets because they said it was free next day delivery. I am still waiting to receive my order 10 days later. It is impossible to get through to them on the phone as they clearly just ignore it. I emailed them once and they blamed the courier which is Royal Mail however I have ordered a few things from different companies since then that have came via Royal Mail so it is clearly not the couriers fault. I then sent a 2nd email and they have ignored that. Stay well clear of this company. I wish I had read reviews before using them. The free next day delivery is false advertisement and a lie. People save your money and go elsewhere.

I have had a horrible experience with this company spent a lot of money on a tv bracket tried to get in contact with them and couldn’t. They took my money and my tv bracket never came absolutely disgusting.

Despite providing clear information, this company delivered completely the wrong bracket. Purchase price refunded eventually, but not £8 cost of return via Hermes. When I asked for this due to them delivering the wrong item, their reply was "I am sorry we do not refund for any returns costs". This is disgraceful.

123 Brackets advertised a bracket for my Tv that it claimed would fit - it was no where near the right size as I discovered once the bracket arrived.I then had to return this heavy bracket at a cost of £6 via Hermes. I could have chalked it up to experience but when I requested the £6 they would not refund me as the shop had only given me the Hermes ticket and not a reciept.They had recieved the bracket and I assume they are aware of how much it costs to send them but they were not willing to overlook this detail in considderation of their role in causing the whole time and money wasting experience. Knowing what I know now I would not use 123 Brackets again.

Can't thank 123 brackets.co enuff. Had ordered the wrong bracket apparently invoice 123b 1577805980-217 (ca60 1blk).phoned them and immediately sent me my correct bracket for my jvc tv.would recommend this company. Will use again and also inform anyone to likewise. Cheers.
Positive experiences
Mixed reviews here but I've had nothing but positive experiences with 123brackets. Most recently that was sending out a replacement part for a bracket that I bought three years ago for no charge. I've found the products to be good value and excellent quality.
Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings regarding this company and this review is purely based on the recent experience I’ve had with them, I’ve ordered many brackets from them and never had issues but the most recent one makes me think twice about purchasing from them again. I ordered a bracket on a Monday for delivery the next day however it never arrived, it hadn’t even been passed to the delivery company (DX) according to the tracking although 123 told me they had dispatched it, I tried contacting 123 the following day when I realised it wouldn’t be delivered but trying to get through to someone on the phone was proving very difficult the number just kept ringing out, the following day came and it was out for delivery however because I was decorating and needed the bracket for the Tuesday which is why I ordered from 123 it was no good to me, I actually called again and to my surprise after making 50 plus phone calls the previous day (no exaggeration) someone answered and to be fair he was polite although blamed the delivery company apparently they delayed many of their parcels that day, I explained I no longer needed the bracket because it was a day late and asked what he advised I should do, he told me to just refuse the delivery as accepting it and sending it back is to the cost of the customer and I couldn’t see that being cheap with the weight of the bracket so I did, when it was delivered I simply refused no issues however unbeknown to me it actually can take UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS to be received back by 123 brackets when using the refuse delivery method, then a further 7 working days for them to issue the refund and then the usual 3-5 working days for the money to reach your account so in total I was staring a 22 working day turnaround in the face before I may even see my money (bare in mind this is working days not just days) meaning potentially 4 full weeks, I don’t blame 123 for the time it takes to get back to them from the delivery company but I do think it’s scandalous it can take them up to 7 working days just to process the refund especially in my case when they were notified the day after I refused delivery that it was coming back to them THEY EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT!! They knew I hadn’t even had the bracket in my possession at any point nor opened it, it was basically going back to them in the exact same state as they sent it to me in but that wasn’t good enough they insist on having the item back now I can understand this if the customer had had the item in their possession but I hadn’t, I made multiple and multiple calls regarding this to try and hurry the process up and the amount of calls I made far exceeded the amount of times they actually answered the phone and when they did answer they didn’t seem interested in hurrying the process up, I asked well what if the delivery company lose the bracket bringing it back to you or it’s damaged what happens then I was told I would be refunded but I just don’t understand when they know it was refused at the door and never opened why they just can’t process the refund then because as a customer you can’t be held responsible for it being damaged/lost in transit back to them, they claim they get sent back to their warehouse however when I did speak to them on the phone one time, I asked if my return had been received and the “sales” department had it in front of them because they compared the number on the label of the parcel to I assume my order number therefore the member of staff you would think should have been able to issue the refund then well NO the next day called again when they eventually answered I was then being told it would be sat in their warehouse waiting to be checked, at this point I did start panicking especially when you read the reviews on here regarding refunds, apparently they only issue refunds on certain days and do it as a case of “bulky” refunds rather than 1 here and 1 there but I think that was just an excuse, I managed to get my refund within the time frame however I only think that was because of the pure constant phone calls I made and I just think they got fed up of me, I won’t use them again because of this but I have to repeat as I think it’s only fair I have ordered a few brackets from here and never had any issues
