Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Nice service, Vlad and other support is very gentle and helpful. I think that this service is very usefull, I am web master.

The forms are great though you have to have the upgraded versions in order to enjoy the best functionalities. They have a very good support, which was of great help for me when building my forms.

Their forms are great and their support team are amazing however their sales team do not show any loyalty to customers in regards to updating your card for the renewal payment.

I was quite disappointed after being a customer since 2011-2012.

The forms are easy to build and customize. Customer support was really helpful as well when asking how to link forms to get sent to an email as well. Would recommend using this service.

Assistance is immediate and effective

After quite a shaky start, with a few issues with an advanced form that 123Formbuilder had to build for me, things finally worked out and I now have a fully functioning form that looks good. Deian at 123Formbuilder has been very kind, patient and always super serviceminded. Thank you! The 4 star is only for the mess in the beginning ;). The fact that they sorted it out eventually and that Deian has remained so nice and serviceminded deserves a 5 star. :)

The costumer service with this company Is great. They are always respond almost immediately. They follow up to make sure you got your question answered or your problem resolved. And if you still have problems they will follow through to the end. Probably the best customer service I’ve been countered on the Internet.

Having had a few hiccups with changing my 123 contact forms from one premium Wix wite to another, the team at 123 came through for me and helped me resolve this painlessly and easily.
The forms are very simple to make and use and enhance any website.

Received fantastic support from Eugen. He was so patient and worked hard to find a solution to my complex problem. He never gave up, and he solved the problem. I'm very impressed.

I spent hours trying to figure out how to fix an issue I was having with my form. Requested help, and received assistance from Deian at 123FormBuilder. He solved my issue within minutes. Oana worked with me this morning (Sunday morning) and was knowledgeable and fully responsive in solving my problem. I have a deadline forms project to complete today and would not have been able to do with her help.

If you rely on responses from your web site, don't use these people! After I presumed iit was working fine, I found by checking that my response123 form was not showing on my contact page, told them three times , over a week later still not showing. This is costing me a fortune in missed responses while I pay for Adwords.
All I get is how sorry they are!!!!
Worse thing is I don't know how long it's been going wrong - so if you're with 123 make sure you check your response form regularly.

The customer service was superb! I ran into a few problems and the team did everything in their power to help in a very timely and responsive manner. The forms are also great! Easy to create and manage!
