Excellent customer service- responded almost immediately with an issue and fixed it straight away.

Forms were always a problem for me, but not anymore after finding 123FormBuilder!
I also need to highlight the fact that their support is very helpful and professional.

I have used a number of Form software applications and found 123 Form Builder excellent, I now use 123 Form software exclusively. It is flexible, and meets all my needs from simple Forms through complex Multi-rule, Calculation, and Payment Integration scenarios.

I encountered a scenario that I had problems fiquering out how to accommodate and made a support request via Chat. Julia responded with a ‘How To’ video she made. A further Chat to solve another scenario resulted in a second ‘How To’ video. Both resulted in the full solution to my requirements.

Julia provided the most outstanding customer Technical Support I have received from any software company.

P.S. I wrote my first computer program in 1970. I have used many software applications over the years. Just goes to show you can teach an Old Dog new tricks! - Thanks Julia.

The support is very quick, kind, helpful and solve all your problems in the time you need it. The form itself is not 100% user friendly, but you can handle it.

The forms take a bit of getting used too and were not the easiest to use at first, however the Live Chat customer service team are excellent and always resolve any problems and queries I have.

Valeriu and Georgiana were absolutely amazing in helping me navigate the issues I was having. I gave them a vision of what I was after and despite my incorrect assumptions that led to Valeriu having to change my orders twice, the patience and the explanations they provided meant that I came away with an amazing understanding of how I can get the best from 123formbuilder to satisfy my clients' needs. The amazing service extended to Georgiana making me a video (on the spot!) so that I can get a clear personalised explanation on what I needed to do to maximise my user experience. Unbelievable service ... I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys - this is the 3rd form builder I trialled and your professionalism and clear knowledge of the product is the reason I am staying! Oh.. and of course all the features I could not find anywhere else :)

Worked with Deian Borosoiu on setting up payments for a client. Not only was he able to help me solve the problem but, he was incredibly respectful, educational and assisted me when I wasn't able to figure things out on my own.

I very rarely leave reviews but, Deian was one of, if not, the best customer service people I've ever had the pleasure to interact with.

COSMIN, you are awesome. You were able to answer all of my questions. You are knowledgeable about your product and you didn't push me into a sale. Cosmin is friendly and a great addition to your team. I hope to deal with Cosmin again if I need any additional help. They ROCK!!

Needed help changing default text in a form and with the chat feature Alexandra solved the problem in 5 minutes. I'll always start with chat instead of hunting around for now on.

These forms are AMAZING for my business. No need to scan paper into digital format. My clients love them because they can do them from their phone and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I needed a new coding for a particular date format and they responded with a new code within 24 hours. I can't tell you what a valuable tool this is for my business! :)

I really like this form builder. Looked at different ones and this one seemed to cover everything we needed. Had an issue with how it appeared on phones and support took care of it quickly. Great app and service!

I am so pleased that I came across this Company who even allow you up to Five Free Forms which I must say are very easy to put together following simple instructions, and very easy to edit. The Customer Service is also very good, very pleasant with prompt replies to any query you may have. I would have no hesitation in recommending "123FormBuilder" to anyone. Definitely a 5 Star Company.

Team Support are very patient to help either troubleshooting or just inquiries in general until you are satisfied. However Different timezone might delay their responses.
