I am extremely happy with 123FormBuilder. I recently had an issue that I could not resolve on my own. 123formbuilder was eager to help and worked hard to keep my business. At one point I thought switching to another company was my answer to my concerns. I learned pretty quickly that I was incorrect and realized the ease of using 123formbuilders website and products. I am a highly satisfied customer.

Great support ! For a long time, I have never dealt with chat support but Deian Borosoiu from 123Formbuilder isn't stingy with his knowledge to get our form working as we wanted.

I've been using 123 Contact Forms for several years on a few of my websites. The platform is now integrated seamlessly into the Wix website editor, so my forms look and work great across all devices.

However, the best thing about 123 is the customer service. In most cases, the team have been able to assist me via Live Chat and have gone as far as to create and enter custom CSS code to my forms (something that is beyond me!).

My native language is Russian. But initially I used English version of 123 Forms site.
One day I tried to switch to your Russian version. I was really abused and shocked regarding the disrespect for Russian speaking people.
Some critically incorrect translations, unreadable texts etc that cause a total misunderstanding and may result with further problems with Russian speaking clients.
Some types of problems I met follow
1. Critically incorrect translations like ‘Cancel Subscription’ (EN) – ‘Отписаться от рассылки’ (RU) that means ‘Unsubscribe from mailing’.
2. Uncompleted translations like ‘Payment method’ (EN) – ‘Payment метод’ (RU)
3. Not translated titles and sentences like ‘Compare plans’ (EN) – ‘Compare plans’ (RU)
4. Not existing Russian words like ‘значетильные’ – it may be ‘значительные’ or ‘значимые’ or ‘замечательные’…
5. An unstable font for Russian text that is displayed sometimes as an unreadable abracadabra
I’m really confounded with this.
It’s not the level for money they ask.
If they provide a Russian version of your site, they should be more attentive and edit the translation by native speakers to be sure about the high service level.

I tried to contact WIX (as a vendor) and 123 Form Builder (as a provider). But no results and no answers. It’s a very big question about their customer centricity

I started a chat with the help desk as I was having trouble with one of my forms (the logo was not appearing properly). The service was amazing and the problem was resolved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend the forms, which I've been using for years, but even more satisfied with the service.

Recently had a piano competition with my 36 students. I needed some way for other teachers and families to record their votes. I tried this app, the FREE version and found it was just the thing I was looking for. I created 4 forms, FREE limit is 5, very quickly and was able to add them to WIX forms. Withing 3 days my forms had reached the FREE limit so I upgraded. I really liked how easy it was to set up the forms, the reports they create and that I could download the submissions. I found CSV was easier than Excel, which I could easily import into Excel. Teachers entering votes were impressed with the forms and will probably use this app also. Thanks 123formbuilder, you worked as advertised.

The best of the best, taht is what I call SUPPORT. Thanks everybody for the patience, the help and the solutions.

They were extremely responsive and even went as far as helping me through making a video tutorial for what I needed. I will continue to use them in the future for our business and I would highly recommend them!

The product itself is a cut above other options in the same market field. Couple this with friendly, timely and helpful support, and 123 is an excellent solution for comprehensive web forms.

We have used 123 with success for everything from simple internal satisfaction and feedback polls to complex document submission and traffic logging scenarios - and 123 has met our needs (or required minimal 'outside the box' thinking to meet our needs) each time. There's a thorough set of templates and examples, and the new integration with SmartSheet has taken the pain out of more than a few aspects of process management for us.

I am a longtime user of 123contact form and fell in love with this facility from the word go. It's easy to use and set up and I have created several forms over the years for various purposes and found it really assisted my tasks.
The technical support has been fantastic whenever I have needed them.

Awesome Customer Service! I didn't understand how to change something and the person who was chatting with me was so nice that sent me a video explaining step by step how to change correctly what I was trying to do. I definitely recommend this app. I use it for 3 different websites of well known brands and it always works great. Super easy to use!
