Pretty good deal compared to other websites
It’s a lot easier then getting your prescription done at an ophthalmologist and way cheaper. I find it convenient!! I had the same eye prescription for years since I was 14 years old and before the exam was every 2 years, but now somehow it’s every year. I only pay $20 or $25 for the eye exam here, and I get the daily contacts that are $25, so I spend little money compared to any other website including postalcontacts.com. I used to purchase from them until I found this website.

Excellent customer setvice
They are quick to verify your prescription and quick to send out your order. They absolutely price match with zero issues. And they keep track of when you need refills and remind you! Their product is exactly what I get in the eye doctor’s office at much less than the usual price.

Refund Beware
I bought contacts for my old prescription a month later I ordered for my new perscription. I was told to send back the old ones and I was given a refund. I received 2 return labels and put both boxes in one package. (I was not told any different).
A few weeks later called to confirm my refund was received and told it was. a month later I received an email with a return label, I called to see why. I was told again they were received back and to disregard this email.
About 6 weeks later out of nowhere a charge of $67.45 was deducted from my bank account. I was never notified that this was going to take place.
I called and was told that since I sent back in one package their system was not "smart" to realize both boxes were received.
I was told my account will be refunded in about 3-10 business days, I finally talked to a supervisor who put it that day and I did see it in my account 2 days later.
Also, this deduction caused an overdraft on my bank account. I was told they would reimburse me the overdraft fee, but they have to send a check in the mail. First took money out unauthorized and second, I have to wait 2-3 weeks to the overdraft checks.
Please beware when send back contact lens. Not very reliable.
