I canceled my order with discount…
I canceled my order with discount contacts.com when I was quoted a much cheaper rate through 1800 contacts. I waited a few days for it to be approved and then they canceled my order and so I put it in again and it was several hundred dollars more. I tried to get my order back through discount contacts but the deal had expired (which was 200+ cheaper). Lesson learned I ate the costs. Only to get messages and emails that my order my again canceled but then was informed that was for my first order. Many emails later asking to reorder since my first was cancelled even though I already did. I haven’t gotten the rebate back yet so I can’t determine if that’s a scam. However deeply disappointed and will not be reordering ever again. I am mad at myself for canceling my order with the company that I have been getting my contacts from for 10+ years and always been the cheapest.
