It was so easy and fast! I ordered some contacts from my doctor a few days before. And I ordered the rest of my contacts from one 800 contacts because I saw the price. The one 800 contacts order came in first and was cheaper! I literally got it the very next day!

Nice associates but something seems to go wrong often with orders, products, and prices. The online prescriptions are a problem, from fees and price issues to access and vague expirations.
The website shows you recommendations that are not consistent with your prescription/needs.
To say, good associates, but bogged down by chats where people tell you they’re thrilled to help and how awesome everything but then can’t help with most problems. The lenses are also very expensive. How could I possibly have a good experience if the thing they sell is barely covered by insurance and not cheaper than competition. Same prices.
It feels like they want you to spend a lot of money all year long. Shame. People don’t have money.

A++ for Yevone in Customer Service
I just spoke with Yevone in customer services and was so impressed with how helpful she was. Due to my own fault, my order got returned to sender. On the very first ring I was greeted by an actual person. Without even asking she reshipped the order with express shipping, despite their system still showing delivered. The whole thing took 3 minutes. Yevone was so nice and helpful. It was almost shocking after dealing with other mercents call systems. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Amazing customer service
When I ordered to the wrong address by mistake they gave me a complete refund and fixed the issue immediately. They always take care of me and I’m talking to a real person when I call. I also like how easy ordering is.

1800 contacts cancelled my order…
1800 contacts cancelled my order because they screwed up and called the wrong eye dr when I had already sent my new prescription with my new eye dr to their 5 digit text number. I even called that order in and the lady said it was all set. Fast Forward a week and I see they cancel the order because of their mess up (only found out via email, no call or text). When I called again the lady wasn't any help and had an attitude because i told them they could refund everything. Problem is they will not refund the $120 for the 2 unopened boxes of contacts that i had already returned to them that was my old prescription. The lady just kept saying she couldn't do anything about it because I didn't want to hear out her "offer" to make it right in the first place and decided she was going to be petty (which was nothing but 15 percent off, big deal!!). These are custom contacts that take 6-8 weeks to make so cancelling an order just prolongs it. So in other words, I'm out $120 that they refuse to refund even though they're are getting two boxes of contacts back(those ones returned are not custom made and they will be able to resell them so now they're making double profit).
