I am a customer in Belgium of…

I am a customer in Belgium of 1a-sehen.de. All the answers they sent me were in German, a language I do not understand.
They sent me a pair of glasses that looks different than the picture of these glasses in the delivery note.
The answer of 1a-sehen.de was that there was no more than 2 weeks after receiving to make a complaint. It concerns an Eschenbach TITANFLEX 820515. When you search in google for “820515 TITANFLEX” no image corresponds to the Eschenbach you sent me… These are not honest people.
