Purchased cancelled but took my money!

Vous avez reçu une notification d'une carte graphique en stock. Super. J'ai passé la commande directement. Super. Reçu un e-mail de confirmation. Super. Je les ai contactés quelques jours plus tard au sujet d'une mise à jour pour les frais de port, etc., car je voulais être sûr d'être à la maison pour recevoir le colis. Pas de réponses. Ils ont prélevé 599 EUROS sur mon compte bancaire. J'ai ensuite reçu un e-mail aujourd'hui m'informant QU'ILS AVAIT ANNULÉ ma commande. Pas d'explication!!! J'ai dû déplacer des fonds pour faire cet achat, ce qui demande beaucoup de temps et d'efforts. De plus, je n'ai pas acheté d'autre carte graphique ailleurs car j'ai eu la confirmation de leur part que j'avais fait un achat. Ils ont ensuite mis une notification sur mon compte disant que je devrais recevoir mon argent dans les 72 heures !!! Service horrible. Toujours en attente d'une réponse. Je n'achèterai plus chez eux.

Got a notification of a graphics card in stock. Great. Placed the order direct. Great. Received a confirmation email. Great. I contacted them a few days later regarding an update for postage etc as I wanted to be sure I was home to receive the package. No reply. The have taken 599 EUROS from my bank account. I then received an email today telling me THEY HAD CANCELLED my order. No explanation!!! I had to move around funds to make this purchase which is a lot of time and effort, plus, I did not buy other graphics card elsewhere as I had a confirmation from them that I had made a purchase. They then put a notification on my account saying that I should receive my money back within 72 hours!!! Terrible service. Still waiting on a reply. Will not purchase from them again.
