Delivered as promised

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it.

Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

Items shipped fast and exactly as ordered. The Espro 8 is the perfect press for a single cup of coffee.

My experience was great. I loved the many videos and information on espresso machines and the quick delivery of mine after purchasing it.

Somewhat obscure parts were wrapped well and shipped/received quickly

I preordered a Lelit MaraX, and got the machine within days of it landing in the US. Super fast shipping from East to West coast, with everything in perfect working order.

Company is very responsive to work through any issues that may occur even in these strange times we are living in with Covid straining shipping.

Shopping at 1st Line was excellent. There was an issue with my order (manufacturer's fault, not 1st line) and the owner, Jim, called me personally to explain the issue and how he was going to rectify it, which he did.
